“Went for our anniversary. Made the reservation abut 10 days in advance and requested a table by the river. As soon as we checked in we were told Happy Anniversary and when taken to our table our waitress said the same. Started out with salad bar and the plates were ice cold to keep salad cold and fresh. The steak peddler came around and sliced our steak fresh. It was prepared perfectly! The baked potato was so soft on the inside and tender. The steak was juicy and flavorful. Our experience couldn’t have been any better. I will definitely be back in the future and also highly recommend them. Make a reservation. Well worth the money!”

“Amazing Experience! Riverfront seating is a must. The staff had an argumentative customer concerning a miscommunication over a reservation and they handled themselves with the utmost class and maintained a professional veneer throughout the altercation. Let me help clear up any misconceptions right now. You may reserve a river view table. You may NOT reserve any particular ONE table. Dont ask for table 31 because its "YOUR" table, they dont do that. I watched them not do that to a rude feller with a Kentucky Waterfall and an inflated sense of entitlement. Thats where the staffs professional veneer i talked about earlier came through. The food was incredible, the service when we were seated was incredible, the food was incredible, bathrooms were clean and did i mention the food??? Incredible! Online only reservations are STRONGLY recommended, dont call them either, they dont take calls for reservations(since June 2023, theres even a light up sign that says so). Ill be back every time we come to the Smokies, and Ill reserve a table(online) a d be happy to get whatever table they seat us at.”

“We came for an anniversary dinner during our Gatlinburg vacation and left very pleased with our choice! Salad bar is included with entrees. We had the New York Strip and Ribeye and both were cooked to perfection. French onion soup and blondie brownie were also delicious! Our server Autumn was very sweet and attentive. The best part for us is we were sat with a beautiful view of the creek, and a bear came down through the woods and stayed a while. Dinner and a show :)”

“My husband and I came here while visiting nearby Pigeon Forge for our anniversary and it couldn’t have been more perfect. I saw so many positive reviews on Tik Tok, it was at the top of my list of restaurants to visit. Definitely make a reservation and request a river view, it’s absolutely gorgeous and adds so much to the experience. I did make my reservation 2 weeks in advance to guarantee a river view. The dimly lit ambiance created such a romantic, cozy atmosphere that made our evening feel extra special. One of the highlights was the signature experience where “the Peddler” comes to your table and hand cuts your steak to your preference. I ordered my New York Strip medium. It was incredibly tender, juicy and full of flavor. Easily one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. The salad bar was another standout. It was fresh, well stocked and full of great options. I also ordered the “Love Martini,” which was delicious and a fun touch for the occasion. The whole restaurant runs like a well-oiled machine and the service really shows it. Our server, Jocelyn, was fantastic. She was attentive without being overbearing and incredibly kind. We truly loved everything about this place and can’t wait to come back!”

“I'm a local, and this is our go-to for special occasions. This trip, the service was exceptional, the salad bar was a win-win, and the dessert was amazing! The steak was a little lacking—no marbling and lots of fat. I will say it was cooked and seasoned to perfection. But when you pay an above-average price for a steak, you don't expect to leave a quarter of unappetizing steak (fat and gristle) on your plate. Hopefully, we went on a bad night because we really love this place.”
