“My partner and I do not make much but wanted to come celebrate our anniversary together just for one night. We appreciate that the service we received did not make us feel any less than. First, our waitress, Lexi (I’m sorry, don’t know how to spell her name) was AMAZING. Probably the best service I’ve ever received anywhere before. If I could personally ask for her every time, I would. She made me and my partner’s experience here the best! She understood what we needed and went above and beyond with her service. She was kind, patient, and helpful. I could not be more pleased with the service she delivered that night. Her service alone makes me want to come back soon. She succeeded our expectations, truly. Secondly, the food is pretty good! Very well seasoned and delicious. We did have an issue with our meal, but Lexi and other team members were very eager to find a solution. They did an amazing job at making us feel taken care of and were extremely attentive. They listened to us with patience, and didn’t make me feel guilty about speaking up about an issue. We’ve been coming here each year and will keep coming. They also have live music playing and it was quite lovely to hear. I highly recommend Halls Chophouse to anyone looking for great service, good food, and a luxurious atmosphere.”

We've eaten at many high end steak houses, not chains but Michelin grade and this was absolutely the number on place we've ever been. The people are incredible, the service was first class and the food was otherworldly. Thank you so much Amelia for your kindness and going the extra distance. You are a gem. “Everyone knows Halls has great food, but one thing thst sets them apart from the rest is the amazing customer service and attention to detail. My wife and I spent our 3rd anniversary at Halls over the weekend, and the customer service was unmatched. A lady named Delby helped me by arranging to have champagne waiting for my wife on the table when we arrived. She also allowed me to bring a bouquet of flowers and a vase for my wife as well. Delby also trimmed the flowers, arranged them in the vase, and instructed our waiters to give them to my wife during dessert. And speaking of our waiters, Gabriel and Kimmy were absolutely fantastic and just great all around people. They even sent us a thank you card in the mail! Everyone loves good food, but great customer service is what keeps customers for life. 10/10 experience.”
