“My server, Jen was fantastic. The best I’ve ever had. She was super friendly and knowledgeable out the menu and even helped me pick out a bottle of wine. She came it just the right times Practically read my mind, I would highly recommend this place. The staff was super friendly and the food Was top-notch and if you Get in Jen’s section you’re in for a real treat!!!”
“I am a photographer who recently shot content for La Travinia, and I got a behind the scenes look at the kitchen, the staff, and the food preparation. The staff was super friendly. The kitchen was clean and well ordered. And the food was delicious!! I was really impressed with both the passion for the food and the professionalism from the staff. I can't wait to go back on my own time!”
“Service by the staff was amazing. I ent to another Travinia location and it was actually a different restaurant in the AM vs PM so that was new. This place had a great atmosphere, servers that checked in but food really did miss the mark. Warm bread with oil and vinaigrette was great. Appetizer was a mussel in white wine sauce. The app was SWIMMING in sauce which is crazy. While it had a flavor, it was just disappointing. Half the biscuits were soaked through with sauce. The spaghetti meat sauce is what I ordered for a main and it was pretty bland. I’d say Olive Garden was equivalent in flavor. I always order it to go to help the staff feel better, but the food is MEDIOCRE at best. A redeeming factor is the fact that the staff warned against an orange sauce meal. They brought me a dish and the sauce was repulsive. This is why I rate the “Service” as 5/5. Amazing gesture to let me taste the orange sauce. I hate to drop stars so much but the food is whats supposed to shine at a restaurant. Bad service, bad atmosphere would still get 4/5. Bad food just never makes this worth it. I dined here a few months ago and hope this has gotten better, but I’d doubt it.”
“I’m not sure if it’s because we were here with a large group or if there was another reason that it took so long to get our food, as we were here at 5 o’clock, and at 7:15 we are just now getting our check, and had to go ask for that. We never got any bread with our meal, the lady across from us ask for some and it came about the time she had finished her meal, then she said it was not good. Maybe, you have to pay separate for it. My lasagna was OK, Nothing to brag about. My wife’s. Chicken dish was very tasty. I was very disappointed in the quality of the dishes but it seems like a nice place. Not sure if we will ever be back as I was sadly disappointed to leave hungry. But the building is beautiful and the atmosphere is lovely with the music playing in the background.”
“We had a very disappointing experience. We waited nearly an hour for our food, and despite ordering an appetizer and a pizza, they never arrived—only our main dish was brought out. Our server was largely absent throughout the meal, and when we finally tracked him down, he seemed completely unaware that parts of our order were missing. What made this more frustrating was that the restaurant wasn’t busy, so the delays and lack of attention were hard to understand. Even after finishing our meal, we waited another 20–30 minutes just to receive the check. While the food itself was only average, the poor service and excessive wait times made the overall experience unacceptable. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.”
