“We came for a private lunch as a large group. The set up was great. They were able to accommodate us a large group and the food was good. We decided to eat outside as it was a beautiful day. Very nice breeze and great view. The bartender did a great job as well. Would definitely recommend stopping here to eat if you are in the area.”
“This was my second time here, first time here was last year for my bachelorette party and it was amazing!! There were about 10 of us and we had an exceptional experience here. For the bachelorette party we had the family style served dinners and it was amazing. Went back over the weekend to bring my husband for his first time there for lunch. Again, amazing!”
“Just had my bachelorette dinner here with 14 of my girls! The food and location on the lake is amazing. Bryan was very responsive and helpful when booking the reservation. I highly recommend doing the family style option if you can! Just the right amount of food and delicious drinks- especially the espresso martinis! The staff was very attentive and even took some pics for us out on the dock. Beautiful dinner on the lake! Thanks for having us!”
“Overall wonderful experience here. We were able to make a pretty last minute reservation for 8 people and the service was amazing. They had a live singer outside that was a tad bit too loud so when they cleared off a table for us outside, they were so accommodating to move us inside since we had some hard of hearing folks. Our waitress Crystal was so funny and very good at her job. She was able to deal with 8 of us talking over each other and confusing her with a smile on her face! The food came out WAY quicker than expected and was all very good flavors. The only reason for the 4 and not 5 stars is because some of the food items were definitely pre-frozen and the wine and drinks in general were definitely watered down. I’m not sure how you water down wine if it’s coming straight from the bottle but they were all not normal tasting. The docking set up is also EXTREMELY treacherous. I would love to know what type of insurance policy there is for injuries on that thing because it is an absolute liability. We had a bit of a difficult time getting some of our family members safely on and off the boat and even walking up to the shore. Be mindful if you have any people who have issues like this!! (maybe drive instead of boat there). Overall good food, good ambiance and fantastic service! Will definitely be back!!!”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️½ (5 stars for the view) Snug Harbor is worth a visit for the setting alone—the view of the lake is stunning and makes for a perfect backdrop to a casual meal or drink. The space itself is relaxed and comfortable, fitting for lake life, and the service was fantastic: warm, friendly, and attentive throughout. As for the food, it was a mixed experience. We started with the charcuterie board, which arrived in a paper box and unfortunately felt more like a store-bought lunch kit than a curated appetizer—cold, bland cheeses and meats without much appeal. The salmon entrée, however, was excellent. Perfectly cooked and well-seasoned, it was served with zucchini, asparagus, and a generous portion of pan-fried garlic potato chunks—a dish I would happily order again. Dessert, a brownie sundae, was just okay. It could have been great if the brownie had been warmed to balance the cold ice cream. The biggest miss of the night was the Old Fashioned, which tasted nothing like the classic cocktail and would benefit from a name change. Overall, Snug Harbor shines in atmosphere, service, and its lakeside views. The food is hit or miss, but with a meal like the salmon and the unbeatable setting, it’s still a nice spot to spend an evening.”
