“Sushi is fresh and delicious. It worth the price. Service can improve a little bit. I’m a Japanese restaurant service myself. I tip 22% this time but actually it only worth 18%. But will back next time see if other services is better. Great dinner anyway. Will definitely recommend especially the $99 sushi set is totally awesome!”

“Service was superb. Knowledgeable staff and experience was outstanding. The server was friendly, attentive, and clearly experienced. The atmosphere was classy and peaceful. The whole dining experience was pleasant. The food even exceeded my expectations. There were so many options and everything I had was delicious. I tried a bunch of items on the menu. One of my favorite things that I tried was the nigiri and the sashimi bluefin flight. They arranged the bluefin tuna in the order of lean to fatty. The fish tasted so fresh and had a smooth texture that was buttery. It just melted in my mouth. My other favorite was the hotate crudo. It had a silky jiggly texture to it. I thought the foie gras with pbj on milk bread was unique. The flavors paired well with the foie gras and had a tender bite to it. The drinks here were also fantastic.”

“My husband and I came to celebrate our wedding anniversary last night and had the absolute pleasure of having the best service and food we have had ANYWHERE! Our service was top notch, thanks to Phi. He was INCREDIBLY attentive, knew everything about everything on the menu, made incredible recommendations and took care of us so well. He even brought out a special anniversary dessert for us. As incredibly picky sushi eaters, everything here was a 10/10. We enjoyed every single minute at Katami. I cant say enough good things about this place and Phi made our experience that much better! We live kind of far, so it takes alot for us to come back to a place in the city. However, we will absolutely be back specifically to dine with Phi as our server. Amazing night!!! Thank you Phi & Katami”

“Crazy good! Love the freshness of the fish. We tried multiple Nigiris, sushi, and Japanese rice. It was delicious. Melts in your mouth. The price wasn't bad for the quality of the fish. The waiter did an excellent job explaining everything on the menu. He was very nice! I am definitely coming back for more. Love the location of the place.”

“I had an excellent first time experience at Katami. I ordered the Toro tartare, chirashi, and the apple caramel bread pudding. The toro tartare is their most highly recommended appetizer and goes down like butter. The fish quality on the chirashi was superb. The rice was also perfectly cooked and the toppings were thoughtful and enjoyable. I love any place that chooses to use real wasabi, as it’s always such a treat. The bread pudding was incredibly delicious. You must save room for dessert. It was a 10/10. My waitress was Apple and she was amazing. She has amazing recommendations and knowledge of the menu. Ben, the manager, was also very kind and knowledgeable. This was an incredible culinary experience and I will definitely return.”
