Located in the heart of Beverly Hills, close to prestigious art and entertainment neighbors, Cipriani brings its classic style, impeccable service, and Italian and Venetian recipes to N. The restaurant also features a Jazz Café which captures the timeless elegance and sophistication of old Hollywood with zebra fabrics, arches, palm trees, a grand piano and more, offering guests an escape to a parallel reality that emulates the enchanting world of the silver screen.
“The staff was very kind, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu items and extremely accommodating with food allergies. We ordered the ribeyeamd shoestring fries both prepared perfectly and delicious, lemon and caper scallops and rice were delicious. The terrace section felt like outdoors but comfortable indoor seating.”
“Cipriani Beverly Hills was a great lunch stop. The dine-in space felt comfortable and pleasing. The pasta and cauliflower soup were both delicious. Service was quick, and overall it’s definitely worth trying.”
“I did not have bad experience as some others who gave only one star. I just don’t like to seat in the noise and crowds but it was not restaurant’s fault. And the pasta we ordered actually surprised me. Sooooooo delicious 🤤 ! To a used-to-be Italian foodie who had been so many Italian restaurants especially in LA, the pasta I ordered last night really wowed me. I cannot help myself with this pasta even though I only eat very little main food (especially carbohydrates) in life. I also like to check restrooms in the restaurant, particularly in fine dining and luxury places. Restroom is a great area to see the art, architecture, and aesthetic details. I liked this 3 dimensional mirror and got a little fun there. Next time, I will be back for jazz night and had made a reservation. Another Great night in Beverly Hills and walk around after dinner.”
“Cipriani was on our list for quite some time. Being Valentine's Day, decided it would be the perfect spot and we were pretty excited! We had reservations so we did not have to wait. Once seated, we waited over 10 min for menus! The first waiter (yes, there were multiple throughout our lunch) asked what kind of water we wanted (Still please!). We did not get water till much later. Bread basket was plentiful, but no butter or balsamic/oil - we did ask for something to dip it in, and the busboy brought over arguably the best balsamic vinegar we've ever had and olive oil. Menu came and waiter was ready to take our order... we hadn't even opened the menu! I did order a cocktail at that time. The Burrata was huge! Tasted ok, recommend adding some salt/pepper to it. Could've used more than 3 olives though. The Pappa Pomodoro was just pomodoro sauce with no noodles... Then the long lull. We finally got some water after asking a busboy, no cocktail yet. A new waiter came to check on us. He would be our waiter moving forward...unitl later! I asked about my cocktail, he went to check on it, and he brought it out 5 min later. Finally the entrees came out. Portions were decent. By this time, our water glasses were empty, my cocktail was done, and no one came to refill our waters. I could see the water pitcher, but I didn't want to be that guy. After we finished our entrees, we waited about 20 minutes for someone to take our plates, and the girls wanted dessert By this point, I was like, we're never leaving with this slow service. I got up to find our waiter, he was MIA. No, that's because waiter #3 was now our guy... We ordered dessert, and I asked for the bill at the same time. Mind you, we are almost 2 hours in by now. Dessert showed up, we ordered two desserts, both tasted similar... looked different, but the cream inside was the same. Now, when you order a cake, you expect fluffy cake... no this was ALL frosting and the thinnest slices of cake in the middle (see the photos)! We were all fighting for the cake portion and left the frosting. The second one had a croissant-type crust around it which I liked, but way too much cream. I wanted to order a second cocktail, but I did not dare. Plus, no one asked which is very odd.. Bill came and for $300 + tip, I expected much, much more. Unfortunately, this whole experience ruined our mood. I slept on it before writing this review, but I feel even more disappointed this morning. We visit fine-dining restaurants often, but this fell way, way short. Will we return? Nope. Should I have listened to the TikToks or the 1 star reviews here? Yes. I'm giving them 3 stars because the food was okay, but the service was terrible. There are many other Italian restaurants around BH with better service, better tasting food, more frequent drink refills, care for its patrons, at a much better value. Greatly disappointed.”
“Horrible experience. I came here to listen to jazz music and have a meal. The hostesses were lovely and told me to go upstairs and speak with Olek, the manager. It’s a chill night and the band is fire. I speak with Olek who gives me the run a round. After spotting a table for 1 when I walked in he gave an excuse as to why I couldn’t sit there. I requested a song from the band and the place came alive. Afterwards I asked Olek again for a table and he said no. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. I was in tears and left. The band amazing, guest a great time, atmosphere beautiful. Olek - Horrible”
