Jon & Vinny's is an all-day Italian neighborhood favorite serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. James Beard Award-winning owners Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo reimagined the classic Italian red sauce of their childhoods with their rendition of the classics and a market-driven menu.
“Went for a graduation lunch for my 12 year old nephew on a Wednesday. The Beverly Hills location is really small, much smaller than any of the other J & V's that I've been to. There were about 11 of us at 2 tables. The service was great, especially considering it was prime lunch time. The wait staff were very friendly and made recommendations. The food was delicious, tasty and fresh as usual. We shared some salads, pastas and pizzas and they were all so good. I highly recommend going here although keep in mind that it is small, tight and on the noisier side.”
“We had a big group dinner at Jon & Vinny's and loved every bit of it. Every dish in our set menu was excellent - the Caesar salad was tasty and had a nice kick, meatballs were out of this world good. Pizza and pasta were cooked to perfection! All dessert cake slices were succulent and satisfied the sweet craving. Highly recommend this place for casual dinners to family events! Would definitely come back. :)”
“I really enjoyed my dining experience. The food was great- just what I needed for cooler weather. The servers are super nice too. They gave me the cutest tiny birthday cake ever! They are really busy and there aren’t that many tables so definitely recommend having a reservation beforehand.”
“Nice low-key Italian spot. My friend and I tried the corn agnolotti and ricotta ravioli, both were good. Portions are on the smaller side though, just something to keep in mind. Also, there are a lot of kids and teenagers here, so it can get pretty loud. Good food, just depends what kind of vibe you’re in the mood”
“Beverly Hills outpost of popular LA restaurant. Came here with my family and cousins, and had a table of 8 reserved. They wouldn’t seat us earlier so we hung outside while waiting. Indoor and outdoor space available but the place is pretty small. They have takeout/delivery as well. I had the spicy rigatoni which is super popular, and I liked it. I think the pizzas are actually more bang for your buck, and can easily be shared. I liked that they had place settings that you could color in with the crayons provided, so you can indulge your inner child. Service was polite and the food came out as it’s ready, so the pastas came out way before the pizzas.”
