“We really liked this place. The food was fantastic and not over salted. We’ve been going out a lot lately and love the fact they didn’t hammer it with salt, but still had a ton of flavor. The grilled avocado side was a surprise underdog that we 10/10 recommend as an app. The crab pasta special was really nice, fresh pasta, and great flavor not overdone. Also the house rigatoni with ribeye was really flavorful. We loved this place and would definitely go back. Oh also the cocktails were on point.”

“Phenomenal modern restaurant with a focus on South American flavors. Beautiful atmosphere, pleasant music, delicious food that was wonderfully plated and well portioned. Our server was attentive and friendly and the entire dining experience was flawless. This restaurant sets a good example for how others in Miami should follow. It's elegant, fun, and tasteful. It's pragmatic and celebratory all at once. Not flashy. I got the impression that there is a cohesive and strong team culture among the staff members. Keep up the excellent work 🌞”

“Chimba is all about the vibes. Warm, lively, and relaxed without trying too hard. It’s a place where you actually want to sit, eat, and enjoy the moment. I had the octopus chicharrón, lomo saltado, and flan de dulce de leche. Everything was so delicious. The octopus chicharrón was crispy, tender, and packed with flavor. The lomo saltado was savory, juicy, and straight comfort food done right. The flan de dulce de leche was smooth, creamy, and indulgent. The perfect way to end the meal. Service was great. My server was very attentive, and the staff overall was friendly and welcoming. I’d definitely come back. The food hits, the vibe is right, and the experience just works.”
