“We had an amazing experience at Don Sombrero! Eric was our server, and he provided excellent service from start to finish. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout our meal. The drinks were on point, the food was fresh and delicious, and the overall quality exceeded our expectations. Eric’s great attitude and professionalism made the experience even better. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for Eric if you visit!”

“This is going to be one of the few reviews that are in English for my non-Hispanic people. I think that this is a must come restaurant. This is one of the few places I have been in Miami where the AC is always on and everything felt so cool and refreshing. The seats were comfortable and they also had unlimited salsa and condiments. As somebody who has friends who love to take in a ridiculous amount of salsa and condiments, this place was a breath of fresh air in Miami. They also had an accessible place to get water; for some reason, it is rare in Miami, and this is just ambience I haven’t even talked about the food yet. Everything goes well from the ambience, decor to the music , and don’t get me started on the food. The meat was tender. The Carne Asada was tender. The chicken was tender, my friends Enjoyed the tacos, and I personally got the burrito. The food was extremely fresh; everything hit my taste buds just right, would definitely come here again.”

“this restaurant has much better service than the one next-door. I originally walked to the one next-door. I sat down, but I got up and was so bad so I came here and I sat down and the service in the vibe was just so much better I was accompanied by Marcos. I ordered the fish tacos. They were absolutely banging. I got some guacamole too, which was also good. Definitely recommend”

“This place was a big food highlight on our trip. Everything lived up to our expectations. There are two restaurants nextdoor to one another serving the same food. We were seated right away and our waiter was very attentive to our needs. The food arrived fast and it was some of the best Mexican food we've ever had. The birria tacos are fantastic and the guacamole was the best I've had. The location is also great. Easy recommendation.”

“Should be a 10 Star. Don Sombrero Tequila & Taco Bar in Miami Beach was an outstanding experience from start to finish. It all began with Tony, the host, who was absolutely marvelous. He made sure we had the exact seat my wife wanted—and even when she changed her mind a couple of times, Tony didn’t bat an eye. His only goal was making sure we were completely satisfied, and it showed. Marco was our waiter, and he was nothing short of amazing. He was professional, friendly, and his hospitality was second to none. His menu recommendations were spot on and truly elevated the entire meal. The food itself was simply remarkable—authentic, flavorful, and hands down the best Mexican food I’ve had during my 10 days in Miami. Every bite was outstanding.
