“We had a fabulous dinner, our service team (Abby and Bre) were amazing and had an excellent knowledge of the restaurants history. Jennifer also was great conversation and very attentive. Paul the bartender also was able to prepare an excellent carajillo. We enjoyed our food, although the filet was slightly over salted.”

“We chose this restaurant to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The elegant yet welcoming atmosphere in downtown Mobile felt warm, intimate, and perfect for such a special milestone. Josh and JT provided exceptional service, offering great recommendations and attentive, professional care throughout the evening. Their kindness made us feel truly celebrated. The crab and chowder made the perfect starter, setting the tone for an exceptional meal. The food was outstanding—the filet and monkfish were both expertly prepared and delicious. The chocolate dessert was the perfect end to our celebration. Thank you for helping us mark our 30th anniversary with such care and hospitality. It was a beautiful, memorable evening, and we look forward to returning.”

“The interior decor is absolutely stunning — really sets the mood for a special occasion. Service was decent and attentive throughout the evening 👍. The food was largely impressive — the Brussels sprouts were a standout for me personally! and the steaks were excellent 🥩. The lamb was the one slight letdown — a bit too chewy for our liking 😕. One heads up: parking can be tricky, especially if you’re arriving around rush hour — the area gets pretty congested so factor in extra time! 🚗 Overall a wonderful experience and definitely a spot we’d return to for special occasions! 🥂”

“Overall, probably the top fine dining option we have in all of mobile. I’ve been twice (once when they first opened and again in summer of 2026). I must say that lamoynes has improved 10 fold since opening. They have really refined their dining experience. Their service was absolutely top notch and didn’t miss a beat. The food was excellent. Seafood tower was exceptional and the everything was fresh as could be . I went with their 8oz American wyagu filet and it the most tender cut I’ve ever had in Mobile . The sear on it was perfectly encrusted. Which is hard to find in restaurants these days. We went with a bottle of duckhorn Cabernet which paired perfectly with our steaks and carpaccio. Sides were delicious and perfectly seasoned ( connecuh mac n cheese and mushrooms and truffle fries ). Dessert and a digestif was the perfect finale to our meal. Our waiter (whose name escapes me but he had longer hair and long curly beard who wore glasses ) was incredibly impressive. I could tell he is very passionate about food and wine and enjoyed hearing a lesson in history of the wine we chose. The entire experience was excellent and we appreciate the waitstaff attention to detail. You just can’t find this level of service anywhere else in Mobile (even at Ruth’s ) . We are excited to return for dinner in the near future ! My only (minor) gripe would be that it was somewhat stuffy in the dinning room. I broke a sweat while eating lol but I know it’s an old building and their hvac system maybe hasn’t been upgraded in some time. 10/10 dining experience all around - will return !”

“Old timey elegance with amazing inventive food that delivers above its price point. The beef carpaccio was beautifully balanced and adorned with all the proper accruements. The bone marrow bone was the best I have ever had with the French Onion theme. Then for fun we added the whiskey luge. The service was great well above industry standard in terms of both friendliness and promptness. The cocktail program is outdated for me.”
