The Committee Chophouse

“All I can say is wow! This establishment is located within the Kimpton Hotel, I stopped down for an after dinner drink, dessert, and a coffee. The Committee Chophouse truly has one of the most sophisticated bar areas that I've ever visited. The service tonight was amazing and we absolutely loved our Baked Alaska!”

“Definitely a great place for a special night. We had the bread board of homemade bread and toppings/dipping oil, soup of the day which was carrot miso, and a ribeye and wagyu strip with potatoes. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. They also have a fabulous desser menu but we were too full. Maybe next time we will skip the appetizers and get dessert!”

“Hidden in the basement of the Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel. Take the marble steps on the left in the lobby. Good music played at a reasonable level so we could talk without yelling. Perfectly cooked steak! Sides are served family style. We got mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. Both were very good! Drinks were great too! We had a good time! Very considerate and attentive wait staff! Pricey so this would only be a special occasion restaurant for us. But it was very special!”

“We love coming for dinner. If you want a great date night. The atmosphere is vintage retroey vibes. The wait staff have always been cutious and super kind. They have a great drink menu and really good mocktails. Its a tad on the pricy side. 2 people with an app is gonna be well over 200 dollars. If you get drinks and a steak. Id always recommend making a reservation if going.”

“Came in by myself for dinner. I’ll start by saying the staff was nice. I had a filet, asparagus and mac n cheese. The steak was very tender but was lacking flavor. I did the peppercorn sauce add on, it was also pretty bland in my opinion. The truffle mac was super creamy and flavorful. It was definitely my favorite part of the meal. Over all the meal was good but did not match the price point at all. Extremely overpriced for what it was. You can get a quality meal and a better tasting steak at Longhorn for 1/4 the price.”
