“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My first time eating at Paloma for brunch in Mooresville and it definitely exceeded expectations. We decided to give it a try for brunch, and from the moment we walked in, we loved the atmosphere. It has a great vibe — stylish, welcoming, and the perfect balance of relaxed and upbeat. It’s the kind of place you can sit back, enjoy your food and drinks, and really take your time. The drinks were amazing — well made, flavorful, and presented great. You can tell they take pride in what they’re serving. Service was really quick, and everything flowed smoothly from start to finish. The bartender was very friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome the entire time. Great customer service always makes a difference, and they absolutely delivered. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time there. Between the atmosphere, drinks, and service, it was a great experience all around. We’ll definitely be back — and next time we’re coming for dinner to see what the evening experience is like. Highly recommend Paloma if you’re in the Mooresville area!”

“Looking for a new place to try and I’m so sad we didn’t find this place earlier. The drinks were exceptional. The food is something you’d expect to find in a city and is certainly a draw for foodies. Our appetizers were so delicious and then the main entrees arrived and I can 1000% say my dinner moved up to the top 10 meals I’ve ever eaten. It was cooked to perfection, the greens and grains were paired perfectly. I cannot wait to eat this meal again. My husband ordered the past dish. Super flavorful and pretty filling. The host and our server, Bailey were so friendly. The service was prompt and fresh. Nothing sat under a heat lamp. The music was on the border of being too loud but the acoustics were pretty good considering the size of the establishment and the number of patrons. I was reading some of the other less than favorable reviews and I don’t get it. This was perfect portion sizes, cooked to perfection and as requested, the service was far from abysmal, it was fantastic and the quality of the food and drinks were top tier and priced well below what you’d expect for this quality of food. This is hands down the best meal we’ve had in Mooresville. We had 2 cocktails, 2 appetizers and 2 entrees with 25% tip was $140 and well worth it.”

“My husband and I tried Paloma today for my birthday and it’s now my favorite spot! Our area just doesn’t have restaurants with the kind of environment or food and drinks like Paloma has. It almost felt like we were back in Colorado! There was a live guitarist that was incredible as well. We ordered the mimosa flight, burrata and pear, chicken and waffles, and the BLT. All was phenomenal! Can’t wait to return!”
