“My daughter has allergies to peanuts eggs and wheat and I called ahead to make sure there would be safe items even though their menu was well labeled I like reassurance. The chef actually called me personally to discuss prior to our visit which was amazing. They were able to make a special batch of potato chips in a new separate oil for her dish so there was no contamination. He hand made corn tortillas for her quesadilla which I were so tasty, I had them as well for my dish. Felt they went above and beyond and had no reactions which is wonderful. Would definitely stop here again if we are in town, might call ahead and see if they’re willing to make the chips ahead of time knowing we are coming because it does take some time to get new oil started but it was worth the wait!”

“We had an amazing experience at the Paloma restaurant in the Wayback Hotel! Absolutely amazing food and incredible service. Brooke and Tina Marie were the best and really took care of us throughout our dining experience. We ended up having two dinners here during our stay in Pigeon Forge (because the food is that good) and both times the food and service were spectacular. Highly recommend coming here!”

“The food was INCREDIBLE. We got the queso fundida, the chicharron, the sishoto peppers, the tuna, and the esquites. The corn had an incredible cream, and a nice kick, the tuna wasn't my favorite, but it had some good spice, the chicharron was very chewy, but the flavor made up for the 5x, the peppers were very light, but had some good flavor, and lastly the queso was just really good with a lot of flavors”

“The perfect place for girl's night! We had several courses of dishes and they were full of flavor without being heavy. The drinks from Landon were on point, he makes an amazing carajillo! The shishito peppers and tuna tostada are a must! All of the entrees were wonderful, my favorite was the Chiles en Nogada, but I cant wait to go back for the Cod Al Pastor! I will say the tenderloin dish was impressive with the mezcal smoke, I just wanted something new and different. Dont skip dessert either, my bestie loved the mango Sorbet but I favored the Buñuelos with a side of whipped cream. I have no idea how this hidden gem is missed but me and the ladies will be back soon.”
