“I visited at night on a weekday. The inside was super cold and super loud. I requested to eat outside because I just didn't want the cold or the noise that night. It was a perfect evening for it too. The food was served hot 🔥 and quickly and was very tasty. I had the shepherds pie and the brownie for dessert. The brownie, the ice cream that tops it and the chocolate syrup are all Guinness flavored. Surprised me, but it is actually really good. I don't even like Guinness or any other beers. The brownie and ice cream were delicious. It seemed to amplify the chocolate flavor. The only thing I did not like was the coffee that I ordered to drink with dessert.”
“Newly redone & beautiful. Went in for just drinks and had an appy. Bar service was fantastic along with appy. Will be back.”
“Fantastic food and service! Everything was delicious, great portions and came out hot! Not pictured was the pretzels and beer cheese which was 10/10! We ordered the burger and chicken pot pie which were both great! Our waitress, Ronique, was so kind and went out of her way to give us some great service. Ronique is the best! We will be back again”
“My fiancé and I stopped in for dinner before a night out. The restaurant was packed, but the bar cleared out as some patrons were awaiting a show at the theater next door. We loved the vibe, very clean and elegant. We sat at the bar and got dinner. I ordered the Reuben with sweet potato fries. The sandwich was delicious, 9.5/10. The fries, however, tasted like they were bought frozen and heated up in an airfryer. They didn’t taste bad by any means, but I did expect better. My fiancé got the wedge salad with steak & a side of regular fries. The steak was great, but the salad was too drenched in dressing. I would definitely recommend ordering the dressing on the side. Her fries were much better than mine, I should mention. Overall, a great spot that we’d definitely come back to. Manhattan prices, but that’s to be expected these days.”
“Good food. The service was slow and we had problems flagging down the waiter. We wanted to order more drinks but he was not paying attention to our table. We had to ask the water server to keep getting our waiter. We even waited 20 minutes for the bill and we canceled desert because we had a show to go to around the block and we would have been late if we stayed for desert. Overall the food had good flavor but when I got my reubin sandwich it was cold. Also for the price I feel it didn't have enough corn beef on the sandwich. It was shredded vs slices. The French fries were cooked perfect. We had appetizers that were good as well, enjoyed the potato skins and also the chips with dip. Overall food was good flavor, the service was slow and inattentive and the parking is like city parking with no parking lot. The staff seemed overwhelmed and we're inadequate prepared for the rush. Also, the waiter did spill a beer on the table and in a water glass while serving the main course. The atmosphere was more of like an old school pub feel and made it feel like an Irish pub.”
