“Rolled into the parkin lot right @ 8:00 p.m Thursday night 1 hour before they close. Was seated immediately and I asked for a booth. Young waitress came over and presented the menu. Told her I had previously checked the menu over the website I knew exactly what I was looking for. Pulled out of my shirt pocket my little cheat sheet with my order already typed up. She was pleasantly surprised said no customers do that. Told her it was my first time in. She looks over my cheat sheet order says the only you forgot was your side dishes. Promptly chose the sides and off she goes with my order. Comes back rather quickly with my drink which was a sweet tea with lemon slice. Off she's gone to the kitchen and comes out with my salad served on a cold plate. Now that's the way to do it. I start in on that salad and she comes back to check make sure it's okay and then see if I need a refill of tea. Tops off my sweet tea and leaves. I'm loving this restaurant. Returns in just a little while has my order. Ribeye steak medium rare, top with sauteed mushrooms and onions along with grilled shrimp. Also on my plate is my loaded baked potato with sour cream and extra butter. This young waitress is really on top of her game. Come to find out she hasn't even been there a year yet. She is doing a fantastic job. The ribeye steak was grilled to perfection. The kitchen has my medium rare just right. Young waitress checked on me multiple times. Find out her name is Sterling. Sterling has being there less than a year, really is doing an outstanding job. I'm very happy with my food order everything is top-notch. I definitely will return but next time it will be on a Friday when they have the fish special . And of course I have my little Friday night cheat sheet already typed up to put it in my pocket. Highly recommend you give Liberty Tap Room a visit and if Miss Sterling is your waitress you have no worries.”
“Went here for the 1st time on Saturday September 27th 2025 with my parents and aunt. My aunt suggested this place because I was craving a burger. We walked in, and a sign said that we can seat ourselves, so we did that. We arrived at around 4:30PM on a saturday. Some people were there, but it wasn't busy. We sat at a booth by the bar. They had lots of Tvs showing all different sports from baseball to football, to soccer. A server greeted us right away and gave us menus. They have game day specials, as well as Happy Hour every day specials. We all started with 4 waters. I ordered the Watermelon Mule, My aunt ordered a whisky, and my parents ordered titos with sprite. We started with chicken nachos and Fried Zuchini. Nachos were very good, as well as the Zuchini, although it was piping hot! For entrees I got the taproom burger with no cheese, My aunt got blue burger, my mom got the freedom burger, and my dad got the special surf burger with shrimp. Food came out in a timely manner. Burgers were cooked to order and very tasty and tender! Enjoyed them! Server also was pleasant and made sure to check on us constantly. food was delicous! Paid via credit card and left a cash tip. Hope to be back again when I am craving a Burger!”
“Scheduled a family reunion group (26) luncheon here last Saturday 8/2/25 based off positive reviews. Nothing but positivity from 11am - 1pm, manager and staff were very accommodating. Food was excellent, I received the Shrimp and Grits which was excellent, my only complaint, I felt they could have doubled the amount of grits, think I had 8 spoons of grits given the cost 8.9 of 10, more grits 10 of 10. Every one else stated their food was on point, delicious. I tried my cousin’s meatloaf, wow, tasted like it was somehow seared, mash potatoes on top and middle, excellent 10 of 10. My wife enjoyed her BBQ Baby Back Ribs-Half Rack and greens, she gave me a small taste, very good, fries were bland, she said greens were good. My daughter got the Jambalaya pasta dish that had some spice to it, I tried a full fork taste, excellent 8.5 of 10. My other daughter Freedom Burger and greens, she enjoyed it. Daughters ordered Taproom Chicken Nachos appetizer, good. My mother enjoyed her Fish and Chips didn't care that much for the fries, the fish was cod.”
“Liberty Tap room was a good option for lunch. There are plenty of tables so many can be seated at once. The food was good but not great. My she crab soup wasn’t hot and my flatbread with chicken and pineapples was good except the pineapples were cold. Ice cold. My partner’s burger was tasty. Good beer selection.”
“I was looking for a good steak in a Tap Room atmosphere and this place was just right. It has substantial size dining and bar areas. They weren't real busy on a Wednesday in December, so we were able to seat ourselves at a large booth in the bar area. It took a while for a server to get started with us, but he was on point thereafter. I enjoyed the $5 draft New South IPA (twice). My wife had a nice piece of salmon and I enjoyed the 12-oz ribeye. Our server recommended the steaks, and the ribeye was tender, well-marbled, and delicious.”
