“Out and about on Mothers Day looking for a place we haven't eaten at yet. This restaurant came up and it was off the beaten path. We got there right before the Sunday crowd for lunch time, so perfect timing. We were seated at a great spot to view the boats on the water. Our waiter, Austin, was awesome! He gave us great suggestions to try on the menu. The food was excellent. I ordered the fish and chips. Best flounder i have tasted in a long while. The flavor was amazing, flaky, melt in your mouth. The batter was crispy and delicious! The fries were lightly seasoned and I usually done like seasoned fries, but these were very tasty! They usually have live music, but I think it was for the dinner crowd. There is many things to do to keep your little ones entertained as well. It doesn't look big from the outside and then you walk in and its all open!”
“Came in on a busy night, found out a band name chocolate chip was playing, they were amazing. Got greeted by a lovely host she did what she could and got us a terrific spot to watch the band play along with the view being breathtaking. Also the staff there were really helpful and kind, I ended up loving my server she was very attentive. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good time this place has it going for them. Will be my new to go place. Food there was also fantastic even though I had to wait a little longer for it to come out, but I expected it due to the place being packed. Still came out delicious by the way. Hope you guys love this place as much as I did.”
“The atmosphere was next level and phenomenal. The seafood boil that we enjoyed was some of the best seafood that I’ve experienced. Additionally, we had a group of 50+ and our table was never empty. The staff were attentive and the drinks were flowing. I’m so glad that we chose this place to eat at and I look forward to coming back.”
“We will come back…. But very disappointed that we were told we had to pay $2 for extra chips for our Queso dip! We ran out of chips & had half of our queso dip left!!! Ask server for more chips…. She said it would be $2. Really??? Husband had the blackened Mahi Mahi. He said it was great! Drinks were good! Bar chairs at outside bar are very low. Feel like I need a booster chair! Great water view outside. Not a lot of shade though!”
“We were referred to this restaurant by a friend and were excited to give it a try, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing from start to finish. When we arrived, there was no host or hostess, so we seated ourselves at the bar. The bartender told us she’d be right with us, but when she returned, her demeanor made it seem as though we were inconveniencing her simply by being there. I ordered a Malibu Margarita, and my husband ordered an Old Fashioned. Neither drink was particularly good. We used the QR code menu to browse the beer selection, only to discover that many of the beers listed were not actually available on tap or in bottles or cans. I eventually ordered a Modelo, which was served in a cracked glass and wasn’t even cold. To make matters worse, I noticed the bartender picking at scabs on her forearm while preparing drinks, which was extremely unappetizing and concerning from a hygiene standpoint. She also coughed into her hand and then immediately used that same hand to handle a knife for cutting fruit. For lunch, I ordered the Hot Honey Pizza, and my husband ordered the fish plate. His meal arrived, but my pizza did not. It appeared that my order had been forgotten, as the bartender quietly spoke with the food runner before heading to the pizza station. About 7–10 minutes later, my pizza arrived, but was noticeably undercooked. After sending it back, it returned slightly more cooked, but still not what I expected. Ultimately, the pizza was removed from our bill. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and food quality were all well below expectations. We really wanted to enjoy our first visit, but we left very disappointed. As we were getting ready to leave, it appeared there was a shift change and a few additional bartenders came in. They seemed much more attentive and welcoming. IF we were to give this restaurant another try, it would definitely be later in the day after 4:00 PM.”
