“The Hermitage is truly a Five Star hotel with a distinctly historic vibe. Service is impeccable. Housekeeping, including turndown service is as good or better than any I've encountered. Justin, the General Mamager was gracious and professional helping me deal with an Edit by Chase issue. Nopa at the front desk was also extremely helpful. Brenda made breakfast at the on-site restaurant a delight. Marisol and Caroline were fantastic at the bar. Happy hour cocktails in the lobby are a must.”

“My sisters, my mom, and I went to the Hermitage Hotel for Afternoon Tea for a bachelorette outing. It was a truly delightful experience! Of course the hotel and the atmosphere is exquisite, but the tea and pastries were so delicious as well. Aman, our server, was so attentive, kind, and also a great photographer! He helped make our experience so memorable, and I know that we will always treasure this time we had together as family before my sister’s wedding.”

“I booked the tea time with my best friend and our two daughters. It was a magical afternoon and every detail was met with attention, care, and genuine hospitality from the entire staff. Francisco was especially memorable. He noticed I was speaking some Spanish with my daughter as part of raising her bilingually, and he thoughtfully began presenting some of the food to her in Spanish as well. It was so special to bring the education to life a colorful and meaningful light. We will absolutely be back — truly a 10/10 experience.”

We received GREAT service. The restaurant was BY FAR the greatest surprise and delight. We had an absolutely delicious, celebratory meal and our server, Brenda, went above and beyond to take care of us. This will be a dear memory for my husband and I.”

“Amazing hotel with superb service and attention to detail. Every staff member from the initial vallet friendly smile, through professional and polite reception provides truly exceptional service. The rooms are spacious, with typical five star amenities, yet this hotel goes above and beyond, with such details as turndown service, with fresh bowl of fruit and mints by your bed, even organizing your luggage on stands. The decor of the entire historical property is outstanding. Lots of history to immerse yourself in. The famous bathrooms on lower level, the gallery, the foyer, all truly exceptional. Gym is spacious and well equipped even with Peloton bike among other equipment. Location is also great, close enough to Broadway but away from all the noise.”
