“Death by Gumbo! I never order gumbo at any restaurant but when you’re at Chef John Folse’s house - it was amazing! Also, the Old Fashioned sorbet was the greatest and most unique dessert I ever had. Oh, and I can’t forget the Steen’s whipped butter. We can’t rave enough about it all. Chef John Folse is my hero so it was quite a treat to eat at his place! But what made the dining experience even better was the service. Rory and Isaac waited on us, true professionals. They are on top of their game. Ask for these guys if you go.”

“Came here for a company dinner. Probably the best dinner I've had in years, and I went to a 3 Michelin star restaurant 2 years ago. The food here was better. Chargrilled oysters topped with crab was so good. Crab beignets were delicious. Redfish bienville was outstanding, short rib was even better. Sorbet had wonderful flavor. Service was excellent. Easily my best dining experience in Louisiana so far.”

“We had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Restaurant R’evolution, one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. Kevin and Tina delivered truly exceptional service. At one point, Kevin overheard someone in our party mention the candied bacon in a cocktail and casually say they wished their wife had tried it. Without us asking, he brought out a piece for her to enjoy. That level of attentiveness is rare. Tina also picked up on the fact that we were celebrating a birthday and surprised us with a beautifully presented box of cookies and treats. It wasn’t just thoughtful, it felt personal. The entire service team operated like they had a sixth sense, anticipating needs before we even realized them. It created a seamless, memorable experience from start to finish. And the food, absolutely outstanding. Every dish seemed to outdo the last. I’ve dined at Michelin starred restaurants, and the service here surpassed many of them. If you’re in New Orleans and want a truly unforgettable meal, this is the place.”

“A fantastic restaurant with exemplary service. Wonderful food and drinks, done to a higher level than a lot of restuarants nearby. Expensive but well worth it for the experience and the quality. Make sure you have a reservation and dress for dinner. Recommended for its seafood and steaks, not for picky eaters, children, or those with seafood allergies. Get the fire roasted oysters and scallops, they are wonderful, and the grapefruit opera cake is divine. Perfect for a romantic dinner, a refined Cajun meal with a few friends, or an anniversary. Good for solo diners who want to treat themselves to a night out.”

“The service- impeccable! The ambience- Amazing! Very lively atmosphere. Everyone chatting and laughing. It was a great vibe. The food was good. I may have made a mistake ordering the shrimp and grits, as it was not very good to be honest. I’m still going to rate the food a 4 because my sister loved the gumbo and the biscuits were so good. The oysters were really good too. Overall I would suggest dining here. It was a great experience. I really wish I remembered my waiters name. He was so bubbly and soo nice I simply couldn’t even bring myself to tell him I didn’t like the grits.”
