“For a couple like us who love both Japanese and French cuisine, this place was honestly perfect. Adding uni, truffle, foie gras, and wagyu to the course took the whole experience to another level. The tasting menu itself was full of surprises, and the wine pairing matched beautifully throughout. And the dessert… so soft it felt like it would melt the second it touched your tongue. Service was polished but warm, and dining while watching the open kitchen made everything feel even more special.”

“The food at César was wonderful — beautifully prepared, and the uni toast was especially memorable. Service was generally friendly, though a bit inconsistent. Water was accidentally spilled on the table, my plate was cleared before I had finished, and it sometimes took a while for someone to check on us. Overall, a lovely dining experience with room for improvement in service consistency.”

“Overall we enjoyed our experience at the chefs counter at Cesar, but it's highly unlikely we'd return. The food was good, no misses and no hits either. The OG uni toast and vanilla souffle were divine. The sake/wine pairing however was brutally bad as all of the beverages lacked any form of complimentary qualities to the dishes they were served with. The pours were as sad as the wine choices and we were staring at”
