“Amazing and warm hospitality! Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare is hands down the absolute best fine dining restaurant in New York City. The food was completely lights out, and the staff was seamlessly on top of every single detail throughout the entire evening. It is a restaurant I will be enthusiastically recommending to all of my friends.I especially want to highlight the insane non-alcoholic wine pairing. It was incredibly thoughtful and elevated the meal to a whole new level. Combined with the amazing music playlist, the entire vibe made for an absolutely unforgettable dinner. Exceptional from start to finish! 10/10”
“Amazing experience ! An evening at the chef’s table began as a birthday celebration, shared with close girlfriends, and unfolded into a truly memorable dining experience. From the moment of arrival, the hospitality was warm and sincere, setting a tone that felt both celebratory and refined. Seated at the chef’s table, we were given an intimate view into the kitchen,an experience that allowed us to witness the precision, coordination, and passion behind each dish. Every course was presented with care and accompanied by thoughtful explanations, deepening our appreciation for the creativity and technique involved. The cuisine was visually stunning and equally impressive in flavor. Each plate showcased balance, intention, and artistry. The non-alcoholic pairing was a standout, refined, inventive, and thoughtfully matched to complement the progression of the menu, enhancing the overall experience in a meaningful way. As the evening progressed, the experience built toward a beautiful conclusion. The desserts were exceptional, delicate, balanced, and a perfect finale to an already remarkable meal. They provided a sweet and memorable ending that tied the entire experience together effortlessly. From start to finish, the atmosphere, service, and culinary execution came together seamlessly. It was more than just a dinner,it was a thoughtfully curated experience that left a lasting impression. Definitely an evening worth returning to again soon. Thank you to Chefs Max &Marco and the whole CTBF team !”
“Chef’s Table at Brooklyn Fare is a masterclass in culinary precision, and their non-alcoholic pairing is, quite simply, the best I’ve ever experienced. While many high-end restaurants treat sobriety as an afterthought, the team here elevates it to an art form. Each pour was a complex, layered revelation—think sophisticated ferments, botanical reductions, and rare teas that mirrored the weight and acidity of fine wines without ever feeling overly sweet. As for the food, the seafood-forward tasting menu remains legendary. Every bite of the foie gras, wagyu bite and the signature multi layered Crustacean courses felt like a peak gastronomic moment. If you’re looking for a world-class meal where the drink pairings are just as thoughtful as the Michelin-starred plates, this is it. An absolute 10/10.”
“The experience here was very good! It's inside a grocery store, has a high quality tasting menu. Would recommend the none alcoholic drinks pairing, can share between 2 people comfortably with water also. The coconut ice cream with the muffin for dessert was my favourite of the courses.”
“Everything was beautifully curated and presented. It was a dinner and show in one with a beautiful open kitchen. Some dishes stood out more than others, but my favorite was definitely the signature scallop. Something that took me by surprised me was the pallet cleanser, to transition from the savory to sweet dishes. It was a cold treat, sort of magical, small bite. Overall everything was great, however what stood out the most was the environment. It was warm, the staff was amazing and great conversations and laughs were shared. (Good music also.) The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because they ran out of ice cream that paired with the main dessert which made it lack substance. Although it was still delicious they didn’t inform us about it, which we would’ve appreciated.”
