“My second time at Justine’s, and it continues to impress. I love their creative menu, which changes with the seasons and puts a real emphasis on fresh ingredients. This time I started with a lovely tamarind crudo before moving on to a wonderfully tender chicken served with morels and wilted ramps. Both dishes were excellent and really showcased what they do so well here. Service is always great, and I also appreciate their thoughtful wine program. They have a really nice selection of wines by the glass and are refreshingly generous with their pours. Just a really solid neighborhood restaurant that I’m always happy to return to.”

From the very first interaction with the team to the night of the party, everything was seamless. Debbie was wonderful to work with and made the planning process incredibly easy. The staff the night of the event were phenomenal — warm, attentive, and made our guests feel so welcome. Chef Jess and the kitchen team put together an amazing menu, and the food was outstanding. Neal also selected incredible wines that paired beautifully with everything. We received so many compliments from our guests about the food, service, and atmosphere. Hosting such a special milestone at one of our favorite restaurants made the night even more meaningful. We’re so grateful to the entire team.”

“Snagging a table here is basically an Olympic sport, but it’s worth the hustle. We kicked things off with happy hour oysters paired with some seriously impressive wine—a combination that set the tone perfectly. ​The menu is the real standout: elaborate dishes with a distinct Filipino influence that are as inventive as they are tasty. It’s a level of cooking that actually lives up to the hype. ​The service was great throughout, and since it was my birthday, the chef sent out a little extra treat. It’s a small touch, but it’s exactly the kind of hospitality that makes a spot stick. If you can land the reservation, just go.”

“Took a chance on Justine’s after reading about it in TimeOut. Had some friends in town from the UK. What a fantastic meal and evening we had. The food was incredible. The fusion of flavors, the delicate and meticulous work, the presentation; all truly excellent. And their wine list is equally impressive. The staff were all really lovely. The place is small, so I do advise making a reservation. Sit in the corner window table if you can! It’s delightful. The menu is seasonal, so what I posted may not be on the menu when you dine. Already been recommending Justine’s to friends. Go check it out!”

“West Village’s Precious Gem ❤️❤️❤️ Indulge yourself to a fusion of cultures through their food which was delicately put together to give you the distinct and rich flavors that you will not forget. Great selection of wines and cocktails! We were greeted by Filipino crews and the Filipino Chefs too! Shout out to Chef Ron! Definitely a must visit when you are in the area :) Will visit again!”
