This exclusive menu features Kaizen Toast, ankimo, shima aji, and other Japanese dishes crafted with the finest seasonal fish, showcasing the artistry of Japanese cuisine. The Sushi Counter is only reserved for our Omakase Experience. Each course can also be ordered at our main dining area by request. Happy Hour is available Monday to Thursday from 5pm-7pm, serving our signature starters and drink specials (half off select sake). TUESDAY: Complimentary sake all night with the 17-course omakase. Reservations are required for omakase during dinner service. Guests who reserve Counter Seating will be served directly by our sushi chefs, one course at a time. Guests who reserve for the Main Dining Area will be served on flights. At Kaizen we believe in continuous forward movement with the experience and quality of our sourcing, flavors, and presentation.
