“THE BEST Restaurant hookah lounge! I’ve been going here for years and the Service ,drinks ,food, and vibes are always amazing. All the pretty girls and rich guys go here . There’s lots of athletes & celebrities that come here. I’ve gone last min with no reservation and they always find a spot for me . Other places in NYC that offer hookah are very rachet & small . This is the only place that’s been consistently good .Rihanna was just here too 😍”
“Very nice place, with very good choices of food, personal with outstanding service. Ambient very nice and lovely music. I’ll come back for sure if I have the opportunity!!”
“I recently visited Pergola NY and had a really good experience overall. The atmosphere was great, the bar area is beautiful, and the cocktails were excellent — very well made and presented. I didn’t get a chance to eat, but the dishes I saw coming out looked beautiful and very appetizing. The service and attention from the staff were also very good and made the experience even more enjoyable. The only thing that really caught my attention was the height of the mirror in the wash area. It seems designed only for very tall people — I could barely see my forehead. Aside from that small detail, everything else was lovely, and I would definitely come back to enjoy the ambiance and drinks again.”
“The food was delicious, with the wings standing out as perfectly tender and flavorful and the buffalo cauliflower hitting that ideal balance of texture and spice. The short rib with mash potatoes and asparagus was incredibly savory, the rib could have been a touch more tender. However, the overall quality of the meal remained high. Though the service got off to a rocky start with the wait staff, Veronica completely saved the day with her attentive and professional care. To top it off, the hookah was excellent and lasted the entire evening, making it the perfect spot to linger and enjoy the vibe.”
“I gave this restaurant one star because the food was decent, but the service was absolutely horrendous and needs a complete overhaul. We were seated and, before we received our menus, we were informed that we had a time limit. We ordered water and a few drinks before deciding to order appetizers, as we were only there because we were waiting for a reservation at Slate NYC. The waitstaff was extremely pushy and rude. They kept approaching us while we were still eating, asking if we were done in the middle of our meal, with plates half-full. They even put their hands on a few people’s plates to remove them from the table while we still had plenty of appetizers left on the table. When it was time to ask for the check, I handed the waitress my credit card. She returned to ask for my ID, which I found odd, but we were in New York, so I thought maybe they had different policies. After 10 minutes, I went looking for her. She was in a back office, doing something I couldn’t quite figure out, because when I asked for the check to sign, she hadn’t even processed it yet. When I asked for the manager, after realizing that no one else had been asked for an ID, he tried to assure me that it was protocol. However, after me and my five guests had been seated and watched as other tables paid with only a credit card and no ID, I was skeptical. Two weeks later, I noticed suspicious activity on my Amex card, so I called Ana. She issued me a new card. I strongly advise against dining at this restaurant.”
