Rosemary's Midtown

“We've been to the other Rosemary's but this was first time at Midtown. We loved our starters which we shared - Gem Caesar salad, brussel sprouts, foccacia bread and calamari. We all got variations of pastas for mains and liked those too. Plus two desserts...tiramisu (which was in a bowl and was a little small) and chocolate dessert which was fudgy and tasty. Wine list is varied and pretty reasonable, waitress "upsold us" to a different wine but we enjoyed it so was a good reco. Ambiance is fine, and this location not overly loud on a Sat. night (Village location previously was very loud!). Overall we find Rosemary's a good value in Manhattan vs. other options when in the city and dining with the family.”

“Came here tonight to enjoy restaurant week. Ordered the focaccia bread with the ricotta and it was really dry so we sent it back. Served was so kind and gracious and we just got the regular focaccia which was good. My salad for antipasti was delicious and I had the beef shank with polenta for my entree. Food was great and portion size was good! I also had the hibiscus tea and it was really good and refreshing. I had the apple cranberry crumble dessert, it was fantastic. I would go again. I would say the seating can be a little tight though. Bathrooms were private individual stalls, very clean.”

“Only a couple blocks from my apartment, so super convenient. Not somewhere I’d go out of my way for. The space is lovely; warm, inviting interior with a small bar area, plus outdoor seating for nicer weather. Food: Went for lunch and ordered the margherita pizza, Caesar salad, and meatballs. Everything was decent but nothing memorable. The pizza had a nice thin crust and balanced tomato flavor, the Caesar was crisp and classic, and the meatballs were tender but lacked that rich, slow-simmered depth you hope for.”

“We did the seasonal experience for the table. It was okay. Antipasti was good, they served family style salad and beets. We got the rigatoni as the main and the pasta was undercooked. The tiramisu had a puddle of oil at the bottom of the bowl which threw me off really bad. I really did not expect to taste so much of it in tiramisu. I would only come back for the olive oil cake which was the best thing I had there. Definitely an aesthetic place but it was just okay.”

“Our order margarita pizza , cacio e Pepe pizza , arancini and pomodoro pasta with burrata , it’s very good, but the edge was burned cacio e Pepe pizza. It’s so salty. The pasta was great but little salty and the Arancini very good. The location : very good , they have outdoor seats The price : it’s little higher thank other .”
