“Had family lunch there, we found the restaurant by coincidence while looking where to sit down and eat. We had pizza, chicken wings, lasagna and pasta. All of them were delicious. On top of that we had a dessert, which was a tiramisu and slices of "sweet" pizza with Nutella. Ms. Maria who was serving us was very nice, polite and attentive. All the best about the restaurant and their staff.”
“I ordered the seafood salad and it was honestly very good. The seafood was fresh, and the lemon and olive oil dressing made it light and refreshing. The portion was also quite generous. That said, the prices here are definitely on the higher side for a casual pizza place. You can tell the ingredients are good quality, but it’s not exactly cheap. Overall, the food is solid and worth trying. The seafood salad was a pleasant surprise.”
“Table 87 is definitely worth checking out if you’re in Brooklyn. The pizza was excellent, the service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere had a great vibe without feeling overdone. Everything came out fresh and you can tell they care about the experience. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a really solid pizza spot.”
“I had high expectations going in. Suggested by a local who said the pizza was amazing. I got the table 87 rib hamburger instead and a drink. And that hamburger, had to be the most tasteless, bland, uninspired hamburger I have ever had. They gave me a baby bottle drink which i found insulating, compared to the regular sized drink my food partner had, same cost. The server was not too friendly either, didn't care. I should of stayed with the suggestion of the pizza. Never going back. First time in my life didn't leave a tip for sit down served. Just a horrible experience.”
“wanted to support this business, but I left disappointed. With my previous order, Table 87 included a flyer encouraging customers to “Save More. Order Direct.” The flyer claimed that third-party delivery apps have prices that are 18% higher and suggested customers would save money by ordering directly. I took that message seriously. Instead of ordering through DoorDash, I ordered directly from the restaurant because I wanted to support a local business. In my experience, I did not save money. The same 20-inch Margherita pizza was $29 both through the restaurant and on DoorDash. My direct order also included an $8.98 delivery fee, and after placing the order I received delivery updates and my food was delivered by a DoorDash driver. I understand that I have DashPass, which affects DoorDash pricing. My issue isn’t that DoorDash offered me a better price. My issue is that the restaurant’s flyer gave me the impression that ordering directly would save me money, and that wasn’t true in my case. I intentionally ordered directly because I wanted to support the restaurant. Instead, I paid more while the order was still fulfilled through DoorDash. I think the advertising should be clearer about when customers will actually save money.”
