“Dear Tacombi. While at Govball I was hungry in my journey to listening to incredible music I found incredible food. You fed me delicious tacos and esquites in a cup. Thank you I genuinely needed that. Yall are one of my favorite NYC restaurants. Shout out Hannah!”
“Absolutely DELICIOUS!! I went with the server recommendation, which was the Beef Birria, and it was fantastic. I also got a chicken quesadilla which was delicious as well. The guacamole was fresh and the perfect consistency and taste. The horchata was delightful, as were the churros con xocolate. Our server was very kind and our food came out quickly. They also have windows in the ceiling which gives wonderful natural light. It’s a great space with a great atmosphere.”
“Absolutely delicious. First time in this location. The vibe is so cute and cozy, love the low-dim setting, really relaxing. Felt a little romantic lol. Server Guadalupe that took care of me and my close friend was super polite, and courteous and attentive. Will definitely return.”
“One of the most delicious Beef Birria tacos u can taste. Made with Jalisco Brisket and Chihuahua Cheese…too delicious to make this up.😋 The tasty rich dipping broth gives it extra points ⭐️…Chris the bartender was respectful , kind and attentive. Great customer service from all the staff🥇”
“I was pretty disappointed with my visit. The prices are way too high for what you get. The al pastor tacos were extremely dry and lacked the flavor and juiciness you'd expect. The carne asada was even worse—slimy in texture and definitely not freshly fired off the grill like you'd get from a good taco spot. For the premium prices they're charging, I expected much better quality and preparation. The atmosphere is nice, but the food simply didn't live up to the hype. Honestly, you're better off supporting your local taco truck, where you'll likely get fresher, more flavorful tacos for half the price. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.”
