“Fantastic experience at the Mark restaurant both at dinner and brunch. Really beautiful and charming atmosphere, delicious food and cool crowd. The service was wonderful as well. I know avocado toast is not something one would write poems about, but I want to stress out how phenomenal my avocado toast today was - with eggs and salmon. It was perfectly balanced, probably the most delicious I’ve had.”
“I’ve dined here many times, this year was my second time for Easter and it was as always, fantastic. Each dish was amazing, impeccable service, no rush. The staff at the coat check even gave us chocolate Easter chicks to go. This is one of my favorite places especially for a special occasion. Thank you!”

“The Mark Restaurant by Jean-Georges is not just a restaurant — it’s part of the story of my life. There are places that serve good food, and then there are places that become part of your soul. The Mark has been my second home for years, a sanctuary where countless unforgettable moments have unfolded — some joyful, some deeply personal, all meaningful. The steak? Unmatched. Simply the best I’ve had in New York — rich, flavorful, always perfectly prepared. And beyond the food, it’s the atmosphere and the people that make it extraordinary. The entire team — from the waitstaff to the management — have always welcomed me with warmth, grace, and true professionalism. They have never once made me feel like just another guest. They made me feel seen, known, and truly cared for. In a city full of luxury and noise, The Mark stands out as a timeless space where elegance meets authenticity. Every visit reminds me why I return again and again — not just for the taste, but for the connection. Thank you for being a place where I’ve felt at home — during celebrations, reflections, and everything in between.”
“We went there today around 11:30 PM. I ordered a Greek salad and specifically asked the waiter in the white jacket to make it without onions. But when it arrived, I found a bunch of small onions inside while eating. I asked another waiter to check, and a guy in a black vest came back and said, "There’s no onion in the salad, just in the dressing, so he was right." I was so confused. If someone asks for no onions, doesn't that mean none at all? Later, a nice lady in a white jacket apologized, but then the black vest waiter came back, looking clearly annoyed, and snapped, "Do you want to change it?" His attitude was completely unprofessional. On top of that, the couple next to us had been waiting for their food for over 20 minutes. When the gentleman politely asked about their sandwich, the same black vest waiter aggressively said, "It’s coming! When did you order? Did you order before you were seated?" The couple was just stood up and left without eating. I heard staff were wondering why they left but this is what happened. A few staff members were nice, but that one waiter in the black vest was incredibly rude and aggressive. To be fair, they didn’t charge for drinks (coffee) but I expect better overall experience than discount.”
