“Great Israeli restaurant deserving of the Michelin Bib Gourmand! Everything we tried was great! The pita was super fluffy, hummus super creamy, shakshuka seasoned well, and the butterflied fish was cooked perfectly. Beautiful interior design in the restaurant too. Prices were very reasonable. I'd definitely come back next time I'm in Philly!”
“Amazing food and service! Have heard great things for years, and finally got to try it. Was able to walk in and get a table, and the servers were very attentive and kind. Very accommodating for vegans, as they easily made options vegan by removing the cheese/egg. Got the classic hummus and asparagus hummus, both very creamy, great flavors. Split the eggplant platter, Caesar salad, and fries. Fries were crispy but fluffy, and had a unique and tasty dipping sauce. Great portion sizes and very reasonable prices. Delicious coconut dessert — vegan and gf! Delicious dinner, great for a casual meal or a nice gathering.”
“The food and service here is oh so good. Perfect Israeli hummus, 😘 baba ghanoush & chicken schnitzel to die for. There is a butterflied dorade, that comes with green chili crunch, that was the best pick for us. Everything was just perfect. The food is fresh, extremely delicious and the service is amazing. Family friendly and very accommodating. Loved it 😍”
“The Turkish hummus was the absolute standout—the whole group loved it. We had the Greek salad with schnitzel for appetizers, the schnitzel was perfectly crispy and delicious, though the Greek salad and olives were a bit bitter. For the entrees, we shared the Sabich, Za’atar chicken, and Butterflied Dorade. The chicken was incredibly juicy, though the spice blend was a bit too much for me! The Dorade was also quite good, and the Sabich was okay. our server was incredibly nice and welcoming”
“*good lamb, chicken, wine Cute, chill, and vibrant interior. Went for restaurant week lunch for 2. The lamb and chicken platters were good. Beef hummus was flavorful and unique. The chicken was crispy and good with a side of harissa. The lamb was flavorful. Love the zahav wine. Friendly bartenders. I would come back.”
