“The food was so good! Excellent customer service. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful. The waitress looked like she was having a good time and looked professional. The bathroom was comfortable. The sink had a swan head, very ornate. The water is soft water btw so it felt good on my hands. They also boxed the food for me. I've never been to a restaraunt that boxed the food, I usually had to do it. I wish I could give this place a 10 star. I also saw them constantly clean the restaraunt like the tables. Very clean, beautiful, and the people are nice. Best restaraunt experience!”

“I had a great experience at Bai Tong Restaurant. I tried the Tom Yum soup and my all-time favorite Pad Thai, and both were absolutely delicious. The spice level was perfect - just the right balance of heat and flavor. The food quality was excellent, fresh, and authentic. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Definitely one of the best Thai restaurants around - I'll be coming back for sure!”

“Went here with a big group, so we ordered a little bit of everything. You’ll see both vegetarian and meat dishes in this post. I’m mostly vegan, and they were happy to adjust dishes for me, which made it easy and stress-free. Bai Tong Thai Restaurant has a nice mix of options — soups and salads, noodle and rice dishes, curries, and plenty of choices that work for vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan eaters. The menu is clearly marked, and the staff is used to customizing. The story behind the place is also lovely. It started in 1989 near Sea-Tac by a former Thai Airways flight attendant who wanted to cook familiar food for airline crews passing through Seattle. Over time, it grew into multiple locations, but the food still feels comforting and familiar. If you’re in Seattle (or Redmond / Issaquah) and need a Thai spot that works for everyone at the table, this is a solid choice.”

“Great place for gathering, taking your guest who doesn’t really know what Thai food tastes like or if you prefer food on the sweeter side. Food was TOO SWEET. We couldn’t believe it! It was like drinking/eating dessert. I have never had such sweet green curry. There is almost no balance between sweet, savory and sour. Not a come back for me. “We used to have good experience at Bai Tong Redmond but Monday lunch turned to be disappointed. I and 11 coworkers went Bai Tong for team lunch at Monday. The food was mediocre, the service was so so. First of all, the kitchen missed one of our order. My coworker kept on waiting for her dish until the waiter told her that she had to reorder a dish. When the food arrived, all of them tastes off. The mango Thai ice tea does not tastes mango at all. The garlic chicken was way too sweet that you can not taste any other flavor. The chicken satay was quite dry. The curry fried rice got one spicy flavor over power other ingredients. Many of us had been Bai Tong before. So many dishes tasted different that we wondered if the Monday kitchen staff is different. Meanwhile, we will think twice before hosting team lunch on Bai Tong again.”
