The wait staff is so incredibly genuine, knowledgeable, and make me feel like I'm a guest in their home. I always trust their recommendations for wine and food. And I love that this restaurant is committed to being a neighborhood spot, they love their community.”

“This was our first time at Grisette. What a fun evening! Our table was ready right when we arrived at the restaurant. The service staff were welcoming and attentive. In addition to the menu there were specials for the evening. We stuck to the menu and started with the charcuterie tray. All of it was delicious. Then we tried the duck confit and steak frites. Both were just right. The fries were to die for and completely disappeared 😁. We finished with 1 profiterole for each of us. I'd go back just for them. We will definitely go back.”

“Whoa! Grisette was recommended to us by close friends, who consider it their favorite restaurant in Richmond. That’s high praise, given how incredible the city’s food scene is. But Grisette really does live up to the hype! The restaurant is beautifully arranged and inviting, and the staff were super attentive. All the drinks we ordered were excellent, as was the smorgasbord appetizer. Our group ordered both specials and classics, and found everything to be top notch. The duck special was the highlight! We also ordered profiteroles and a breton for dessert—they were both SO delicious!! We definitely recommend Grisette!”

“Bela and every single staff member, front and back of house, delivered the service of my dreams. Even though we didn't have reservations, everyone was so hospitable and we had such a pleasant time that my partner and I nearly spent the entire night there. Apps were so good we re-ordered, wine list was a treat, dessert (and dessert wine) was mouth watering, service was paced perfectly, and they have the most adorable bear-tender I've ever seen 🥹 11/10 will absolutely be back; so glad we found this gem ✨”

“From the hostess to the most to my server, Bela I had an amazing reception felt very welcome given that it was my first time had a wonderful server only to be matched by the food that came in the kitchen. Everyone seemed to really enjoy their job and the presentation. They made sure I knew the ice cream was from another local vendor spotty dog I have given this restaurant five stars in every category. Their menu is small, but everything that I watch come out of the kitchen looked amazing. People were very helpful and genuinely pleased to be doing such high-quality work‼️💜”
