Eclipse Restaurant

“We stayed at Moonrise Hotel and had dinner at Eclipse Restaurant. We had fried shrimp as an appetizer with cocktail sauce as a side. It was a large app and delicious. I also had bone in chicken wings with mango habanero sauce. Spicy but excellent. We also had fried ravioli as an appetizer. My wife had fish tacos as an appetizer for her meal. It was also excellent. E-Lisha was a wonderful server. Great food.”

“The chicken fettuccini was excellent: the cream sauce was rich and buttery with a delightful touch of herb zing. And the portion was too big to eat comfortably—but i was enjoying it so much that I ate all but a couple pieces of chicken. Our waitperson was Elisia. She was friendly, attentive, and lively, and when asked about which shrimp appetizer to order, gave a great recommendation. The shrimp were plump and firm and the mango-habanero batter was crisp with a wonderfully balanced melding of sweetness and a touch of heat. The dish was far better than comparable offerings at restaurants near the sea. We’ve eaten at the restaurant during other stays and it’s always been good. The eggs Benedict is a spectacular perfectly cooked dish with hollandaise sauce made in house.”

“Elisia was friendly and took great care of me for breakfast. Food was on point. Gravy was real sausage gravy. Only problem was I couldn’t eat it all.”
