The guys behind the sushi bar crafted impeccable sushi, each piece fresh and bursting with Gulf flavors, The elegant ambiance and attentive service made it a perfect evening. Chuck’s Fish is now my top spot for seafood in Tallahassee, thanks to Chef Will’s artistry. Highly recommend this gem—I can’t wait to return!”

“Great seafood restaurant in downtown Tallahassee! Recently opened, the food is amazingly delicious, the service impeccable, and the dining environment relaxing and enjoyable. My wife and I have eaten here four times, and enjoyed all meals immensely. After a friendly welcome by the hostess, our servers were friendly and efficient. The wife’s before dinner drinks were from a selection of fine wines, she recommends the Elizabeth Spencer Rose, while I enjoyed more than one Strawberry Lemonade. Appetizers include spring rolls and a fried fish roll. For dinner I had the Gulf Fish Parmadine, twice in a row now! Fresh and delicate fish, abundant crab meat, and Parmesan baked to perfection. Another great dish I have enjoyed is the Chicken Scaloppine, my new favorite. My wife’s Nigiri was the best in town, and she gets sushi everywhere! Some after dinner coffee and liqueurs completed a perfect date night evening. Try Chuck’s fish, we’re confident you’ll love it!”

“Nice venue , good food. Excellent staff %3 service charge gust becase. Expect a bigger portion of a softer more flavorful risotto for $44. Focaccia was enjoyable. 2 Adults and a Child over $130 No regrets will not do again.”

“I liked the decor, I enjoyed the outdoor seating. 🔘They also have semi-outdoor seating (like a giant tarp with plastic windows, with a bar out there. Which is right next to the actual outdoor section with some shaded area. Food was good. 🔘They had happy hour till 6pm with half priced House cocktails. And $2 off the sushi rolls. I had the bacon wrapped, crab-stuffed- shrimp. I find having sides of lemon slices helps the flavor come out. A little more. 🔘the brownie dessert was pretty good too. 🔘Pay - Parking all over the area ( a quarter for 15 minutes) - a bit pricey, about 50-75$ per person which can includes an entree, alcoholic beverage, appetizer, and dessert. I'd go there again.”

“Staff kept running but otherwise polite. I had to ask for extra sauce for the grit cake it was dry and flavorless. The extra cost for crawfish sauce was well worth it. The 🍣 sushi was yummy 😋. The fish neck was not evenly cooked, but it was manageable because I eat raw fish (sushi), but it was supposed to be a fried fish dish 😔 the restaurant has a real strong seafood market smell. We ended up eating on the back porch outside. It was so nice out there a very nice ambiance. I'm a big bread pudding fan it was pretty good. The kids' fish was perfectly cooked and hot!”
