“We came to Sushi Lounge mainly because a nearby ramen place had over an hour wait, so this wasn’t our first choice—but we gave it a try. The waitress was knowledgeable about the menu and initially helpful, which I appreciated. However, service was slow when it came to checking back on the table, even though the restaurant was not full. I expected more attentiveness given how quiet it was. The service wasn’t horrible, but it definitely could have been better. The food was disappointing for the price. The entrées had a ton of rice and very little meat or vegetables, and overall the sushi was just average—not anything special. On top of that, everything was extremely expensive. A bottle of seltzer water was $14, which felt excessive. The total bill came out to $150 for one sushi roll, one entrée, two appetizers, one cocktail, and one beer, which did not feel justified based on portion size or quality. It was also my birthday, which the staff was aware of, but there was nothing done to make the experience feel even a little special. Overall, the value just wasn’t there, and the experience didn’t match the price point. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.”

“Been going to this place for many years. I think they changed the chef because the sushi i ordered was horrible. It had a fishy taste. It was so bad I had one bite and I spit it out. I left the whole order on the table. Just paid the whole bill and left. Never going back. I feel if I had eaten it, I would of had food poisoning. Dont get the sushi if u go there”
