“Amazing experience at Red Ginger. My wife and I went for our anniversary. They were kind enough to give a card that was signed by the whole staff. The food was phenomenal. Everything we had was amazing. Spring Rolls, Dragon Wings, Thai Curry, Lobster Fried Rice. Really great flavors that you don't experience in restaurants now. The service was excellent! Our waiter checked on us multiple times and made sure we were without want.”

“Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. We had the pork belly bao buns for appetizer. We had the Sea Bass and Vietnamese Shaking Beef for main course. The Pork belly was crispy and juicy. The sea bass was buttery and melted in your mouth. The Vietnamese Shaking beef was so tasty and the noodles were crispy. A pleasant getaway from the snowstorm we just had.”

“One of the best Asian fusion places I’ve ever been to. Service staff is extremely attentive. Sushi is phenomenal, main dishes are delicious, and there are so many Asian cuisines you can choose from. Their drink list is quite extensive as well. Great desserts. I will most definitely be visiting again.”

“The restaurant was very nice. Good color scheme and atmosphere. The service was very good. A mistake was made with the miso soup and they were very nice and replaced it for everyone. The grilled calamari was very tasty and well cooked. The 3 sushi rolls we tried were very good. We tried the Dancing turtle, seared salmon, and yuzu roll. The favorite was the salmon. The miso was good also.”

“From the outside this place doesn't look like much. Once inside it becomes an upscale delight. I wouldn't say it distinctly asianbin any way. It just feels pricey, but comfortable. Of course there's mood lighting. I ordered their Crab Rangoon Stick ($19). Instead of their normal shape they come out in stick form. It works and they were excellent. However you only get 4, so they are almost $5 per rangoon stick, but their was real crab in them. For Dinner I ordered their Vietnamese Shaking Beef ($41). This is Wok-seared beef tenderloin, baby bok choy, red onion, basil, and mint, on a Shanghai noodle pillow. This was very good. The beef was outstanding and the noodle bed was fun. My only issue was I didn't love the sauce. The service was excellent. Very efficient and super friendly. Overall I give them 4 stars. The price to what you get is definitely a negative. I know that normal for hoity toity places. The beef was definitely better than a regular place. Would I return? Yes, as a special event type place. Though I'd probably get something else.”
