“In the Raw Brookside is always a great experience. We got the tuna wonton nachos this time and they were absolutely fire. The texture with the crispy wontons and fresh tuna is unreal. We always end up getting sushi too and it never disappoints. Everything tastes super fresh and the quality is consistent every time we come here. Honestly every In the Raw location we’ve been to has been great. Pro tip: make sure to ask about the off-menu items. Some of the best stuff isn’t even on the regular menu.”

“The quality of this restaurant is supreme. The staff is educated, the space is clean, the quality is high, and the ambiance is a move! Drinks are plenty, food is wide! I will say, we had three different menus in our party of 4. Some work needs to be done to make that standard. The food is very fresh and flavorful! The presentations are great. The miso soup is different than most, as it has mushrooms. Not a fan but a cool take. Inside and outside seating! Outside is a VIBE! The restaurant has some Mexican fusion, I found out it’s because one of their other sister restaurants is Mexican. Not a fan of the Mexican fusion but a fun twist for sure. I didn’t take pictures of all of our food as it was phenomenal, but you can see a picture of the appetizer that was a Mexican Asian style type rice.”

“Customer service is poor!!! We sat for ten minutes for anyone came to check on us. Wendy the waitress is rude as hell. I ordered the chicken fried , mash and wild rice. I had to send the rice back because they left it to long in the microwave. Now I have some pineapple 🍍 look like last year. The chicken fried steak has no 🙂‍↔️ seasoning at all. This taste like hospital food. The mash straight out of a bag into the microwave.... I just can't see the hype about this place. Now this is a second chance with this place. They didn't improve at all!!! I just can't recommend this place . If you have to eat something with no taste this place is highly recommended.... “I went here as an experiment, eat seafood, get some work done on my laptop, while enjoying a beautiful Oklahoma sunset. I was excited about sitting outside since lately we've had so much rain. I sat by myself at a tall table where 6 people could sit. The location of this table is practically on the sidewalk and anyone is welcome. My waitress was nice. I was doing okay and smiling. Then, before sunset hit the hostess from inside came to ask me when I'm done eating if I would mind moving to the bar because there were some people that wanted to sit at the high top table. It seats 6 but I guess they didn't want company. WOW. THATS never happened before. I instantly knew why. There were 2 young adult guys and 1 girl that kept eyeing my table. (They looked like they just got off the golf course) I was caught off guard and my heart sank as the sun was setting. I felt so unwelcome. I walked to my car and as I left the parking lot I drove by the outside seating area of the restaurant, and saw the 3 sitting at the high top table. My smile left me again as I'm a widow now and I was trying an experiment to be brave and go out to dinner by myself but with a laptop for security. I was extremely sad, Therefore, I will NEVER return to this restaurant or the other locations.”

“To start, I’ve eaten at ITR Brookside numerous times and it’s always been amazing, with the exception of today. We get there around 2pm, and it seems like the people on the patio are catered to more so than the customers inside. Our appetizer comes out rather quickly, and it was great per usual. The issue was our main entree. I always get fusion rice with extra egg, it seemed like it took forever for our order to come out and once it did, my rice was a rather crunchy and it was subpar. My grandmother got her normal the teriyaki rice bowl and she wasn’t feeling it either. A meal she’s gotten numerous times and she said the chicken didn’t taste like real meat, which I’ve never heard her say. She always gives ITR all the praise. It was unfortunate that we had this experience today, it just seems like no one really cared. Our waitress was super sweet though, as always! 🥰”
