“Felt like we stepped into Paris! The French vibes were perfect here. Great wine list at reasonable prices and so many of our favorite French things! The pate was incredible as was the steak! I loved the mussels so much!”
“I was absolutely delighted with my experience this evening at Brasserie Four. With it being Restaurant Month, I was excited to explore some new menu items — even after enjoying wonderful meals here since 2016. I began with the green salad, and while it’s rare that a salad truly impresses me, this one exceeded all expectations. It was beautifully composed with abundant greens, walnuts, tomatoes, oranges, blueberries, chèvre, and a light vinaigrette — all in a very generous portion. Truly outstanding. I couldn’t resist asking to add French onion soup to the three-course menu. It has always been my favorite, and it continues to live up to that reputation — rich, comforting, and perfectly executed. For my entrée, I had the Coq au Vin. It was hearty, generous, deeply flavorful, and completely satisfying. I even asked if it might remain on the menu longer because I can’t recommend it highly enough. I finished with the one-ounce cheese selection. I forgot to ask which cheese it was, but it was creamy, earthy, savory, and absolutely delicious. Served with extra baguette and fresh apple slices, it was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. My very first experience here made me fall in love with Walla Walla and ultimately inspired my move in 2020. Brasserie Four continues to be a favorite of mine and a place I will enthusiastically recommend to anyone who will listen. Bravo to the entire team!”
“On Main Street in a quaint college town surrounded by viticulture, we happened upon this charming French restaurant. The server was lovely, and knowledgeable about the cuisine and wine while accommodating a gluten allergy. I loved every minute of our dining experience.”
“5/31/25 came over on a gorgeous sunny afternoon Saturday. Just got a reservation. Salads and fries. Beet salad and Caesar. You can’t beat that. Two orders of fries and two salads. Came in on a Saturday afternoon. Wine walk goin on. Got seated. No reservation. Prompt service. Very clean. Very polite. Waitress discussed menus and specials Chose some appetizers the cheese selection and the olives. Very nice. Cheese selection had a lot of different options. Very good. The olives were a mix. Seasoned and had a little orange zest in there which was nice. Got an entree. The steak frite. Steak and fries. Ordered med rare. More on the rare side than the medium. A little pepper we added. The black peppercorn sauce they served with it was amazing The fries were perfect. Absolutely done correctly. A little salt added. Simply put. It was an amazing meal. Had the best intentions of going somewhere else for more food later on. Did not need it. If you are coming to walla walla. Or you live near and haven’t been. I suggest it. Came back again. 4/20/24 Amazing Walla Walla day trip. Could not ask for better weather. Good was delicious as usual same meal ordered. Salad. Steak and fries. Came back on Friday 12/6/24 same meal. Great service. Amazing”
“I went for the frites and was not disappointed! As a celiac, a dedicated gluten-free fryer gets me every time. The frites were flavorful and crispy, so salty and just everything a good fry should be. I also ordered the Nicoise salad, another favorite of mine, and it was wonderful. After speaking with the staff, I was told that pretty much everything on the menu could be made gluten-free (not the bread made at an outside facility), but note that there aren't a lot of vegetarian, pescatarian, or dairy-free options. It's a lovely atmosphere and the others I was dining with also enjoyed their meals.”
