Yamas Greek Eatery is a Greek restaurant in the Walla Walla neighborhood of Walla Walla.
“After being on the road for a few weeks we were looking for uncomplicated tasty food. We were delighted with Yamas - menu assortment, options, prices, service, serving size, and especially taste! Highly recommend the “chicken salad” (super tasty, fresh, tender, delicious dressing) and the lamb/beef gyro wrap (also wonderful)!! We loved it!”
“Sunday lunch spot. We were lured from the plaza by the smell coming from the restaurant - everyone agreed Mediterranean food was a go! Entry is cute and the space is quaint. Lightly decorated and tables are well spaced. Our group of 6 sat quickly and service went without delay. The menu was pretty straightforward - there’s a couple protein options and a couple ways to have them presented. In addition, they had a specials menu to peak at near the bar. Among the tables favorites were: the garlic spread with pita (app) and the pastistio (special). All other lunches were good, these just stood out. The final bill was rather easy in the eyes, too. So we would definitely come back. Great food and quality folks running the place.”
“Awesome Greek food. The grilled octopus special was unique & delicious. So was the lamb & beef rice bowl and chicken gyro. The pita & hummus was a great appetizer. The server was very nice.”
“Food was great, tested delicious, good portions. Service was meh, our server just came to take our order and never came back to check on us. We had to call his attention for water/drink refills.”
“We decided to have lunch here on May 14. There was no waiting time. There were 2 servers when we walked in, but when we were ready to order, there was only 1 server. It took a while for the server to come take our orders. I ordered the pork souvlaki (plate) which came with pita bread, greek salad, and fries. Everything was really good, especially the fries. The only one complain would be the plate was too small. Because of that, the pita bread was right next to the salad and it was soggy from the dressing. We would come back, if we visit Walla Walla again.”
