“Love this place! Went for a dinner with a friend and as usual was happy with everything about the dinner. I was a little late due to traffic but the hostess was understanding and we received a great table. Our waitress who has been my waitress prior was attentive and polite. We ordered the angel eggs which I loved and always get here. Then I ordered the waygu burger and my friend ordered the crab cake. We were very happy with the portion size and quality of the food as usual. We decided to have dessert and she orders the key lime pie and I ordered the pan cookie. Wow! My dessert was amazing. The pan cookie had creamy vanilla ice cream and two types of sauces to drizzle on the warm cookie. This may have been my favorite dessert in the entire town. lol.”

“Ambrosia 30A Prime Seafood & Steaks was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful with a lot of character, creating a classy and welcoming atmosphere. The beef carpaccio was absolutely amazing and full of flavor. The seafood tasted incredibly fresh and was prepared perfectly. The Wagyu steak was the highlight of the meal — even at $100, it was worth every penny. You can really taste the quality and attention put into every dish. Great food, great atmosphere, and definitely a place worth visiting again.”

“From the moment we walked into Ambrosia we were blown away by the welcoming atmosphere & the beautiful ambiance. The menu offers an incredible selection of dishes e.g. Taste of 30A, Butcher’s Bacon Rack paired with Pineapple Rolls & the She Crab Soup was bursting with flavor & all cooked to absolute perfection. The staff truly went above & beyond. Our server, Carl was highly knowledgeable about the menu & offered excellent recommendations. Every detail of our meal was a culinary delight! Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a phenomenal special occasion dining experience &/or just a delectable culinary delight. “The staff greeted us at the door with smiles and a warm greeting. We had a reservation and we were promptly seated. Our waiter was outstanding. His recommendations for wine were on point. He was patient while our family of 5 reviewed the menu and asked questions. I have two picky eaters so be aware that the kids menu is limited but we were able to find some items for them. For the non-picky eaters the menu offered a wide selection. We got the Watermelon Salad and Lobster Bisque. I was a big fan of the bisque. My wife ordered the Taste of 30a which was a sampling of three types of fish on the menu. My son ordered the Steak Flight and I ordered the Signature Filet. Everything came out at the same time and was cooked perfectly. One of the best meals on our trip. We got to finish off the meal with Keylime Pie and the Lava Cake. We would highly recommend! Thank you to the Ambrosia Staff for making this such a wonderful experience!”

“This was an absolutely exquisite — albeit expensive! — family outing during our trip to Seaside, FL. I encountered the restaraunt via Google Maps before stumbling across a YouTube video posted a few years ago by the chef showing him walking through the recipe of the seared Red Snapper with coconut rice dish. It was every bit as delicious as I anticipated it might be. Equally captivating were the prime filets, of which several were ordered at our table. Cooked perfectly to everyone's specifications. The oysters were small, but delicious. We ordered a "bacon rack" ($30-something!), which featured different bacons ranging from Applewood to candied to chocolate-coated (!!). Finally, desserts were to die for — most notably, the chocolate lava cake, which also includes vanilla gelato atop a pecan cinnamon crisp that was absolutely delicious. The wait staff was also terrific. We were serviced by Alvarol and (I believe) Amanda. Service was readily available, present, and attentive. They were able to quickly answer all questions we had about food, including our son's peanut allergy, which was no problem whatsoever. We would absolutely return for another meal!”
