“15 years ago, I told a colleague of mine from Winnipeg that I was going there on business. He said that I had to go to Rae & Jerry’s. When I asked why, he said, “You just do.” And smiled. When I did, I was blown away by this time capsule. The atmosphere was incredible and to be food was perfect. After talking about this place for a decade and half, I had the opportunity to take my wife here tonight on our drive back from BC. R&J’s did not disappoint. Darryl was incredibly attentive and helpful, and the food was stellar. Thanks again for another great night!”

“Purchased their little sandwiches platter for wedding shower. The platter was overloaded with great little sandwiches! Food quality Excellant, portions big, flavours awesome, price point great plus I substituted for more cherry cream cheese sandwiches. Great staff, accommodating every request! Thank you for making the platter a great success for our family event! Will definitely order again!”

“We had a wonderful experience! We ordered a cocktail and 2 different steaks, and everything tasted amazing — the steaks were cooked perfectly. The service was excellent; our server checked in on us regularly to make sure everything was alright and that we were enjoying our food, without ever feeling intrusive. We also loved the ambiance inside the restaurant — classic, warm, and inviting. Overall, a great dining experience, and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!”

“Work trip dinner with colleagues, busy place on a Tuesday night after thanksgiving. I guess steak is better than turkey Food was above average, service was excellent, top notch white glove service. Decor is amazing, a little modern, a little 60/70s vibe. Love it.”

“My first time here. We were greeted immediately and taken to a table. We were given water and menus. The prices were high but I expected that. I ordered the cobb salad and my sister had the prime beef sandwich. Our food arrived in about 10 minutes. The salad was huge and very tasty. My sister said her sandwich was also very good. My only issue was that after the food arrived the waitress never came by . When we were finished I had to wave down our server and ask for to go containers and the check. For the price I expected better service.”
