Corrientes Argentine Pizzeria

“Lovely Argentina pizza place. Great atmosphere and friendly service. They have a patio and lunch specials. I ordered their mushroom pizza and their pizza sauce tasted fresh. Pizza crush is good too. It might be a tad greasy though because there's too much cheese and kinda overshadows their tasty sauce. The Bondiola from their lunch special is also decent. It's just a little salty but the sandwich taste really great. But the star of the order was their tomato soup. It was cooked really well and didn't have a hint of acidity at all. It was rich and naturally sweet from the tomato.”

“Loved the ambience, very vibey, fun looking place. The service was very timely as well! The food was flavourful (soo good, rich with flavour), I loved the empanadas, very cheap but filling. I also had the calzones, which had me stuffed. It came with this salad that was also delicious, overall 10/10!”

“What a pleasure to have found this amazing restaurant in Winnipeg. As an argentinian I was pleasantly surprised by the pizza this restaurant serves. The Margherita pizza had lots of great tasting stretchy cheese. The piece de resistance was the homemade flan. The best I have tasted and I have tasted a lot of different plans in our travels. Un gran restaurante con sabores argentinos auténticos.”

“The pizza there was great, but the price is a bit high—just a little above average. The service, especially on busy weekends, is a bit weaker since it’s really crowded. But overall, it’s worth trying out”

“Wow, what an intimate atmosphere for a date night. Overall was pleasantly surprised. Our server was very nice. The food was okay, pizza was good with flavours but on the more oily side. The bruschetta was on the dry side (probably wouldn't order again). Parking right in front of the restaurant which is nice”
