“Wonderful service and wonderful wine! I randomly picked this place on a map on the way to seeing the redwoods, though it looked good for a wine tasting on the way there. I was there yesterday and it was my birthday, did not announce it was my birthday and they only noticed it was mine when they say my ID and unprompted they wished my a happy birthday and let my tasting be on the house for it. I think the host me and my friend had was named Bobby, he was wonderful and down to earth and very kind he was great! Its down to earth and the selection of wines were top notch. We were given a wide range of tastings from Chardonnays and Pinot noirs wonderful variety and rage on them. I bought a bottle of the Petaluma Gap Chardonnay which was lovely. I am going to remember Croix Estates for whenever I need a really good wine since it was above and beyond.”

“Today we visited Croix Estate and had an over the top wonderful experience with Patrick. We started with Chardonnay in the barrel room The Chardonnay’s were so bright and flavorful. We then moved to the residence tasting room and enjoyed Pinot’s, GSM and a incredible Zinfandel Overall we enjoyed all wines and the Patrick was the best host, we learned so much regarding all areas of Russian River Valley. “Had one of the best wine tasting experiences ever. I’ve been wine tasting about 15-20 times, and what I liked about this winery is that it’s just a tad bit smaller than most I’ve visited, so the host is able to give you their full attention. Kathy was a ball of knowledge, and she is so bubbly and fun to chat with. I plan to take my girls back there one day and will definitely request her to be our host. Upon arrival, we were buzzed through the front door and greeted by Kathy. She took us to the barn and educated us about their wines. This barn is really cute and the team was setting up for a private tasting for 8-10. Shortly after, Kathy walked us to the main house, where there’s outdoor tables overlooking the winery/vineyards, and there’s also an indoor area (great for rainy/cold days). The wines are really good. I am not really a chardonnay/pinot gal, but we loved all they had to offer; the GSM and Zins were our fav of all and we ended up walking out with four mixed bottles. They waive their tasting fee if you sign up for their mailing list. Note, they do not have a wine distribution club; you can only buy wine from them directly, as we did. We will be back as the wines change every few months. Super excited to see what winter has to offer! Only one minor thing to note is they do not serve food, nor can you bring any food/snacks. Just make sure you have a nice brunch/lunch before you stop by.”

“Croix Estate Winery gave us the absolute BEST WINE TASTING EXPERIENCE EVER!! The wines are all spectacular, from their smooth and delicious whites to their flavorful and robust reds. Our host, Kathy, was super knowledgeable and warm. In fact, all of the staff were welcoming, gracious and generous. We will definitely be back!!
