“We found this restaurant by luck. We went to the Fisher Theater to see a show. The restaurant we tried to go to was closed. So we went for a walk and asked a lady walking her dog where to go eat. She told us to go to Cuisine. That was the best advice of the day! What a gem of a restaurant!!! We had the theater dinner special. It came with three delicious courses. The entire meal was outstanding! The soup and salad were fresh. The sirloin was juicy and tasty. And the desserts were amazing! The service was fast and our waiter’s name was Rich. Ask for Rich! He was on point the entire visit. He made sure we had our meal quickly and met all our needs for drinks. Rich has a friendly and very professional demeanor. He treated us like family that he holds in high regard! Try Cuisine and you will see why we are eager to go back very soon!”
“We dropped in with shorts and t shirts. We were welcomed with open arms. I don’t know much about French food and asked a ton of questions. Loved the duck confit appetizer. And the Japanese scallops were outstanding. We shared the Grand Marnier soufflé. We wanted to eat here for years and we are so happy to finally make it here.”
“The place has a very great ambience very different from regular restaurants. The location is great with plenty of parking around. Our server was great and the food was great. The speed and the service in general was good. Would have preferred a larger menu but the one that was presented as the theatre menu had dishes that we did enjoy. The drinks felt slightly water downed because of too much ice. Will return sometime again and try a la carte menu, if available.”
“My first Valentine's Day at Cuisine! The menu had so many flavorful things to choose from. Starting with the salad, black truffle risoto, beef sirloin, oysters and finishing with Rachel's bon bon's! Delightfully delicious and palatable! I highly recommend Cuisine and Chef Paul, Sous Chef Jordan, Pastry Chef Rachel, and Nancy, our Server....they are all incredible people who love what they do!”
“The food is good and the the theater menu is fantastic if you are going to a show at the Fisher. Only downside was my friend and I ordered the psari plaki from the theater menu, after both of us saying the name she said " I just call it chicken", which we thought was weird since it was sea bass but in her defense we didnt ask and so when we got chicken were surprised. The server did give us some free drinks”
