Wrigleyville's Famous Thin-Crust Pizza since 1968!
“Super delicious fully customizable deep dish pizza in Wrigleyville! Walked here from Wrigley Field and had a fully-customized deep dish pizza that was unlike any other I have had in Chicago. Even though it is deep dish, it is not super heavy. Server was attentive and there are plenty of windows which is nice. There were tv’s with both the NBA playoffs and Bluey on-providing something for adults and children alike. Motorized Thomas the train goes around the ceiling while you eat. Really nice experience.”
“Free slice Friday! I totally forgot I had a holed out punch card and was due for a free slice. Their patio seating is perfect to try yourself. Cheers!”
“When it comes to gluten-free dining, it’s hard to find a heavy hearty meal that really warms the spirit. Dags has a whole menu dedicated to just that. My girlfriend was ecstatic to be able to get a celiac-friendly chicken parm that was full and delicious. I got the Philly steak grinder and the portion was massive. You can pretty much make two meals out of anything you get at Dags. I will definitely be back.”
“In town from Massachusetts to visit a friend. Love Wringley but Cubs weren’t playing. He said let’s get some good sausage thin crust and it DIDN’T disappoint!! Great pizza and atmosphere/feel. Alyssa was our server. Very attentive and friendly. Had a great personality vs other servers who can be “cold”. She actually asked where I was from and welcomed me back anytime. Didn’t just “wait” on us. Top A service!!!”
“It was a strange visit from the moment we sat down. I went with one other person and as we were discussing what we would order, he made a comment about the price of the ceasar salad. I said he was wrong and that it was a different amount. He looked again, and showed me his menu...we had completely different prices on the 2 menus that we had been sat with. The item I wanted to order wasn't even on his menu, which was disappointing to me as I had worked up an appetite for it. (Some of the prices were significantly different - and I understand price increases but seeing it side by side was a shocker) Then during our meal, when he ordered another drink, we were told they were out of an item and they couldn't make it. Thats totally fine - things run out, no big deal. He decided to get a coke instead of another alcoholic beverage. We got the bill, and without looking at prices, I saw that he was charged for the drink they couldn't fulfill. I told the waiter and he replied "I'll take care of you." When he returned, the bill was $1.75 more. Apparently the drink we had been charged for was on special for $3 (we had no idea) and the coke was $4.75. So the "I'll take care of you" ended up being "I'll charge you more." It's not the point of $1.75...but the fact that it ended up costing more to fix a mistake of the restaurant on the bill was a foreign concept to me. To add insult to injury, the waiter took my drink from in front of me before I was done with it...something that should not bother me but gets under my skin every time it happens. We paid, and went to leave out the door we came in. We passed 2 workers who let us pass between them, only to find the door was locked. We went back into the other room to exit ... bur it was so strange that the 2 workers let us walk between them to a locked door without letting us know before where to exit. The food was fine...but the overall bizarre experience - our first time back after a disappointing experience 2 years ago - has us not wanting to return.”
