“The food and drinks were delicious! Friendly staff with great recommendations! My husband got a perfectly cooked steak, I had the jambalaya and our son had the fish & chips! The berry cake (pictured) was amazing!”

“Went here for a birthday party, and I enjoyed my time because of the ambience and the food. While I enjoyed the food, I did not feel like I left wowed by the skirt steak, but my wife enjoyed the salmon and veggies. The cheese curds were flavorful, but for me had too much pull. I would still highly recommend others to try it out.”

“Grandson graduated today from University of Chicago. We ended up after the ceremony going for supper. I ordered the half pound bacon cheese burger. That was huge. So bring an appetite. Well worth ordering. Great taste. My side I had the chicken, corn chowder soup. That was unbelievable. Very tasty and lots of chicken and corn. My wife and daughter ordered the pot roast. They shared some of the meat and were so tender and veggies. They were really impressed, she said one of her best tasting beef pot roast. The banana curry with huge shrimp was also a good choice. Three others ordered the hamburger and bacon. Came with wedges or fries. All were very happy. Waitress was very attentive and kept us filled with water or drinks. Place was very clean and good help. Washrooms were very clean. Sure would come back and try some other dishes. If we are ever back in Normal.”

“This restaurant is always on point! This is our 3rd time visiting. Sawyer, our adorable server, was spectacular, very attentive! The seasonal pizza my husband had was so good, and the stuffed poblano aka chille relleno, was incredibly flavorful! Another one of our past faves is the beef stroganoff, very satisfying and filling and the beef is really tender! The seasonal drinks were all good with a nod to the pear and brambleberry. Next stop is the Destihl Brewery since we just found out they have a completely different menu!”

“Food was good. I had a beef stew with vegetables and mashed potatoes — very juicy. 😋 A dish my companion ordered was fish; according to him, it was good too. Dessert: the limoncello tiramisu was too sweet for my taste. The server was very nice and polite. Maybe there are other parts of the restaurant that are cozier, but the area we were in felt more like a coffee shop, with tables too close together, rather than a restaurant. Anyway, I definitely recommend this place. Very good overall.”
