“Came here for a birthday celebration, they have an option to include flowers with the reservation which i’ve never seem before, so thats really cool ! The server had good cocktail recommendations and was knowledgeable. We had the kale caeser salad, poutine, and 2 steaks. Everything was yummy, some room for improvement as the poutine was lacking cheese and the gravy was a little watery as well as the steaks were very chewy for our liking. Other than that the inside is beautiful, very romantic and elevated!”

“Drinks are amazing… Father figure and Clara’s locket were our fave drinks. Service was amazing and really good atmosphere. Natasha was a very good server. Beef Wellington was very very good but strip steak seemed to be a cheaper cut not worth the cost.”

“The food was nothing special. In fact, the meat portions were a bit small for the price. I wouldn’t come here again specifically for a steak, as there are better places for meat in our city. It’s fine to try once, but I wouldn’t necessarily return for the food. The service felt a bit unprofessional. We wanted to order a bottle of wine, and only on the third attempt did we finally receive one. The first two times the waitress went to check for the wine, it turned out they didn’t have it in stock. Not being aware of what is actually available creates a rather negative impression. Additionally, the wine decanter the waitress poured the bottle into was cracked, and even though we mentioned it to her, she didn’t replace it. I also found it a bit inappropriate to see several servers gathered at the bar chatting with each other instead of staying updated on the menu and availability. That said, I really liked the thoughtful detail in the restroom for dental hygiene. They provide toothpaste, dental floss, and toothpicks. I had never seen that before, and it’s definitely a nice touch and a point in favor of the place. The restaurant itself is quite cozy and the atmosphere is pleasant, but in my opinion it is unnecessarily expensive for what it offers.”
