“I can't wait to spread the word on the fabulous DOT Wines, located in Bacchus Landing in Healdsburg CA. Our group of 12 Bunco Babes shared a wonderful time at DOT as part of a surprise shower for one of our girls this past weekend. From the initial contact with Shawn the owner, to the wonderful wines we sampled, to the over the top service we received from Suzanne and Rylind....all I can say is wow and I wish I could give more than 5 stars! We were made to feel like members of an extended family. We will definitely be back!”

“Found another knockout woman winemaker in Sonoma Valley! Lise Asimont at Dot. Her “Brut” is now our favorite bubbly: fine bubbles, a faint pink tinge from the skin contact with pinot noir grapes, and that flowery aroma that only a few sparklers deliver. She served it with nori crackers. She encouraged us to pair it with dishes from our Chinese tradition (which we’ve done already!) Then there’s her pinots: Dot Lolita 2019, justly famous for its fruit, and the completely different 2019 Crossbar, which is her husband Shawn’s favorite. Crossbar surprised us- it’s dark red, with a big spicy nose, firm acid, and layers of long-lasting plum flavors. She served this with a delicious charcuterie plate from next door. Hey, we can have this with gumbo. Don’t try that with your typical pinot! Anyway, Lise is lots of fun, and passionate about her wines. We made an afternoon of it at her facility in Bacchus Landing. Good way to spend a relaxing afternoon.”

“Dot wine is known for its pinot, and it has won many well-deserved awards. A little secret I wasn't sure if I should share because I'm afraid it'll get sold out. The brut here beats all the champagne or sparkling wine I've ever had. I don't know how the winemaker makes the bubbles so fine. They are ike tiny little pearls in a tall glass, not overly sweet, and it just tastes AMAZING! I open this bottle for all of the happy occasions in life, like new years, birthdays, family gatherings, or just hanging out with my friends. If you ever get a chance to taste it, you'll know what I mean.”

If you have the opportunity to visit we’d highly recommend checking them out and taking some wine home from here, they’re sure to be a hit!”
