“Best place does pop-ups for multiple chefs. I have attended one for CHEF IN LIMBO! for his amazing smash burgers and my most current visit was for Milkfish Bake shop’s brunch. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful and the service is always impeccable. The cool part is it is an open kitchen concept so you can see the CHEF IN action Generally, it is reservation only however I know they are switching to a more daily schedule so look for updates soon”

“The absolute highlight of our holiday. We traveled from Edinburgh to Vegas to get married and this was one of our stops to celebrate. We had the Lilli pop up and it was absolutely fantastic. The most incredible service and fantastic tasting menu. Thank you so much for an incredible night!x”

“We came for Chef Tyler Vorce and the food did not disappoint. The 7 course meal was exceptional and every dish came out in a timely manner and were delicious. The duck breast and New York steak were cooked perfectly and the sauces accompanying them made the dishes truly stand out. The experience was great and for a pop up it truly surprised us at how well it was executed. Definitely take a chance a try it, we will definitely be back.”

“usually don't bother leaving reviews but I see some 1-stars that seem rage induced (AI em dashes, anonymous names, and having this as their only reviewed place. lol) i stopped by for an indian food pop-up, had toddy's american chop suey and it was phenomenal. the decor and ambience chill yet sophisticated the bad: you have to follow the Instagram to be aware of the next event's time. also, some of these pop ups last only a few days. sometimes i felt there were service gaps - primarily waiting to be checked in and/or pay the bill) bc there was one busser. there should be a host dedicated to these tasks if logistically possible will definitely be back. the neighborhood honestly doesn't deserve this gem but i'm here for it”

“1/10 — $150 per person for breaded, fried food and terrible service We came for the New Year’s Eve $150 per person prix fixe menu, with no information provided in advance about what would be served. That lack of transparency set the tone for the night. The service was extremely disorganized. Staff appeared clueless, and there was only one server working the entire event. Dishes came out in a different order than what was listed on the table menu, and every time food arrived we were asked whether we had already received it or if we wanted another. The answer was always absolutely not. The open kitchen made the situation worse. Plates and drinks sat out for long periods, un-iced oysters were left on the counter, and trays with 20 puff pastries were just sitting there. We had to ask multiple times for water and refills. I dropped a knife after the first course, and it sat in the open walkway for the entire 2.5 hours we were there—never picked up. Most of the food was completely unappealing. Nearly everything was breaded and fried, with no vegetables, no proper sides, and no dessert. We barely finished any of the plates. The website advertised: “Spend your New Year’s Eve at the Club with a full view of the Strip fireworks and some of the best bites off the boulevard.” There were no views of the Strip, no fireworks, and certainly no “best bites.” This was one of the worst meals of 2025 and an awful way to end the year. The last meal of 2025 was $150+ per person garbage. We will not be returning to these chefs or DSC, and it wouldn’t be surprising if this place goes out of business. We left early reaking of fried food.”
