“Owner. I only gave 1 star just to color my screen. I lived in this area way before they opened this location. They used to have excellent service and food and it was evident because the lines stayed packed. How could u not pay attention to your profit and see that this place is horrible. And been that way for over 5 years now. The workers playing and talking over the food. No pride. Attitude is 500 degrees. No social skills.rude. and order of food so slapped together it looks like it was already in the trash before I put it in the trash a second time.Im exposing this for my community and convenience. And you as the owner should be reported because you are supposed to have inspections and held to a certain standard. Im furious”

“The jerk pork isnt spicy at all they didn’t have any jerk sauce the cabbage is nothing but Romane lettuce rice and pease are dry with no kick at all first and last time coming customer service is very rude I’m from ga I expected more authenticity than I got”

“After placing my order through DoorDash and sending my elderly father to grab our lunch, he calls to 1st say they don't have our order, but Door Dash has sent the #UrfoodReady text. 2nd, they're treating him like he's begging for food instead of a paying customer! So I screenshot the order with all the info as I listen to the rude clerk dismiss my 70 year old daddy I 2way call and ask for a manager. After being on hold for 14 minutes and my dad on the phone still standing there waiting for our food, I'm fuming! He was so shocked by the lack of kindness, courtesy or professionalism from the staff or the dismissive manager. After 45 minutes, he came back with this dry chicken I couldn't eat, nothing to wash it down, and the echo in my head of how they spoke to and treated my daddy🤬 Dutchpot just be glad I was at work! #NEVER spending my money, time, or voice referring them EVER again! #CustomerServiceSucks #ManagerMadeItWorse”
