What diners say
“Came here for dinner to celebrate my birthday. We had a reservation, so we were seated right away even though we were early. We were seated along the windows, having a great view of the Strip. We were provided food and wine menus, and given time to look them over before getting our order in. We ordered a glass of wine each. For an appetizer we ordered the Casco Bay Sea Scallops. For our mail course, we ordered the Slow Roasted Filet of Salmon, the Eifel Tower Beef Wellington, and a side of the Creamy Mash Potatoes. For dessert after hearing the special, we ordered the Pistachio Souffle. Before being poured our wines, we were offered a tasting to ensure it is to our liking. The Sea Scallops came out first. They were cooked really well and were delicious. I was a bit disappointed that it only came with 3 scallops. We then received our main course. The salmon was nicely cooked with a breaded crust. The center was pink and moist; not over cooked. The Beef Wellington looked different than what we expected; shape and unsliced. It was delicious though and met my expectations. As a small surprise, they brought us a mousse, which was good and not overly sweet so to taste the really flavor. Our souffle came out and prepared with the pistachio sauce in front of us. It is probably one of top souffles now. The staff was welcoming, starting at the ground floor at the elevator doors. It continued in the dining area along with being friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is definitely a wonderful feeling. Noise was still good enough to have a private conversation. I would definitely come back again.”

“An exceptional dining experience at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant. The Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection, beautifully tender, flavourful and expertly prepared. The photograph simply does not do it justice. The accompanying dishes and desserts were equally impressive, while the service was polished, attentive and professional throughout. A memorable evening with excellent cuisine, elegant ambience and breathtaking views. Highly recommended for a special occasion in Las Vegas.”

“I will eat here again in the future. Great food, beautiful ambiance and views with great service.
Starters of Bone marrow and Escargot (not my favorite appetizer but my wife had never had them). The Bone marrow was delicious to say the least and my wife enjoyed the Escargot. Entrees of Halibut and Lamb shank were both a hit. Her fish was very delicate and perfectly seasoned while my shank was so expertly done it nearly fell apart the minute a fork was put to it. Amazing tastes all around so far.
I asked the waiter for a lite and subtle desert. He surprises me by bringing out a Champagne Passion Fruit Meringue that was maybe the best dessert I've had in twenty years.
The sides of Ratatouille Tian and Classic Potato Gratin were also very worthy of there place on the table.
Our server, Wes, a thirteen year veteran at the restaurant, was a pro with the perfect touch and knowledge to elevate our experience.
I recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves great flavors.”

“Beautiful atmosphere — you really feel like you’re dining somewhere special. The views and overall experience make it perfect for a celebration or a memorable dinner. I definitely recommend making a reservation in advance.
The food was delicious overall. We especially loved the appetizers — the tuna tartare and the thinly sliced octopus carpaccio were excellent. The langoustines were large and very tasty, and the sea bass as a main course was also outstanding. The only dish that wasn’t my favorite was the duck, which felt a bit dry.
Service overall was good, but one small thing slightly affected the experience: our main server was great, but the staff member helping set the table and serve dishes was not very friendly and took away a little from the festive atmosphere.
Still, overall it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this restaurant.”

“A wonderful and unique restaurant. The food was outstanding and the experience was even better. Our Captain, Constantine, made our evening. He is an absolute wine expert and helped select the best bottles of wine for our taste. He had the perfect combination of fine dining expertise and professionalism, paired with a great sense of humor. He even helped us refine the next leg of our trip to Napa, with very helpful tips and recommendations. I highly recommend The Eiffel Tower restaurant and Constantine is a must to enhance your dining experience. Added bonus was window seating with a beautiful view of the strip and Bellagio fountain show.”
