“This place is a gem. If you've been thinking about a visit to Evening Land at the amazing Seven Springs Vineyard, don't hesitate! You'll be glad you did. The wine tasting journey with Brandon felt customized and thoughtful and we felt fully taken care of. The wines were delicious and we're happy to have some in our cellar now to enjoy! The space, the trees, the birdsong, the vineyard, the hospitality...it all will equal a day to treasure! Thank you Brandon and Evening Land for sharing your afternoon with us!!”
“With cozy tastings in cabins setting the tone, an afternoon at Evening Land becomes a fine reminder that good wine, thoughtful hospitality, and beautiful surroundings are a timeless trio. My boyfriend and I settled in by the fire, happily sipping through Pinot Noir while taking in views of the mountain from a whole new perspective. Brandon guided the tasting with warmth and impeccable pacing, striking that perfect balance between informative and relaxed. The property is stunning, and we’re already plotting a return—especially with the promise of a summer deck on the horizon. Do yourself a favor and book a reservation at Evening Land!”
“We have enjoyed our tasting experiences at Evening Land, and our last visit in December was fantastic! A wood-burning stove created an incredible ambiance for an amazing tasting and great conversation. We can’t recommend Evening Land enough!”
“We've been longtime fans of Evening Land wines, and were so excited when they opened up new tasting cabins on their gorgeous property. Last week, we went for an Estate Tasting. We were welcomed with a splash of their Blanc de Noirs. A glass of bubbly is always a good way to start a tasting! Then we settled into the tasting cabin with the beautiful green woodburning fireplace, which kept us nice and cozy on this chilly PNW day. Brandon and Claire took us through six wine tastings: 3 reds and 3 whites. My husband and I both fell in love with the La Source wines: the La Source Chardonnay and the La Source Pinot Noir. But all of their wines were beautiful. The new(ish) tasting cabins make a wine tasting experience here pure PNW: warm and welcoming, cozy and comforting, and the wines are lovely expressions of the terroir here in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA. I definitely recommend making a reservation for a tasting at Evening Land! The people are always a huge part of what make a wine tasting experience special, and Brandon and Claire were amazing. The wines are delicious, and the vineyard views are stunning. If you're in Portland, it's about a 45-minute to 1-hour drive to Evening Land. Totally worth it for an unforgettable experience.”
“My favorite stop (of 8) on a recent trip to the Willamette Valley for wine tasting. Brandon was a great host and the chalets were delightful for a chilly fall day. I loved their Chardonnay in addition to having great Pinot. Will definitely go back next time I'm in the region.”
